Guests may take the train line S6 to the Uhlandplatz station, walk until the Tourist Information Point and walk on Straubenbergstrasse approximately 164 ft.

Arrival by car:
Guests may take the road B 294 in Meisterntunnell until the exit "Kurzentrum" and remain on this road until Kreissel. Then please drive across the bridge Enz and immediately turn to the right, follow the railway tracks and after reaching the Tourist Information Point and the Cafe Winkler turn to the left into Straubenbergstraße.

Unerfreuliche Erfahrung bei Kontaktaufnahme.

Wir haben das Hotel wegen seiner zentralen Lage ausgewählt. Schon beim ersten Telefonat wegen des Parkplatzes machte die Betreiberin deutlich, dass sie mit einer Buchung über Booking.com eigentlich gar nichts zu tun haben möchte und wir das über Booking.com regeln müssen.
Letztendlich mussten wir den Aufenthalt krankheitsbedingt absagen. Wir können daher keine Aussage über die Zimmer oder das Frühstück machen. Unsere Erfahrung bei der Stornierung selbst war aber sehr unerfreulich. Die Betreiberin verwies auch bei diesem Telefonat immer wieder darauf, dass das alles nur über das Buchungsportal ginge (was wir parallel ja auch schon veranlasst hatten). Dass wir sie aus Höflichkeit persönlich und schnell vom Ausfall der Reise informieren wollten, hat sie nicht interessiert.
Auf Vorschlag von Booking.com wurde uns eine Terminverschiebung angeboten, diese konnten wir aus zeitlichen Gründen jedoch nicht annehmen.
Dass eine Stornierung kostenpflichtig wäre, war uns von Anfang an bewusst. Aber auch hier mussten wir nachhaken bis wir alle Unterlagen für die Einreichung bei der Reiserücktrittsversicherung erhalten haben.
Wenn für die Betreiberin Reservierungen über Booking.com zweitklassig sind, sollte sie die Plattform verlassen!

Lage war sehr zentral.

Cons:

Im Zimmer gab es kein Duschgel. Die Treppe zum Zimmer war extrem steil und alles sehr beengt. Die Gastgeberin war nicht auf dem neuesten Stand wegen der Events in der Gegend und ziemlich wortkarg.

Hotel und die Palais Therme war ein einfall - Schade
Pros:

Das Zimmer war gemütlich und sauber - die Dusche (leider ohne Heizung!) war ziemlich neu und die Dusche war herrlich.
Das Frühstück war nicht wie ich mir ein Frühstück vorstelle, das Brötchen war dermaßen hart - alt und zu lange aufgebacken - die Wurst war nicht wirklich gut - der Kaffee war ganz ok - der war aus der Maschine - alles im allem war das Frühstück nicht das Geld wert

Das Frühstück - da freut man sich meiner Meinung nach am meisten darauf in einem Hotel und dann....

Die Lage

Cons:

Wirtin war äußerst unfreundlich und oberlehrerhaft.
Wir hatten am Vortrag angerufen, ob wir vor dem Check-in um 15h bereits morgens das Auto abstellen könnten.
Statt einer Antwort darauf sagte man, das müsse man an dem Tag vor Ort schauen. Dort wurde dann erstmal lamentiert wie umständlich der frühere Checkin sei.

Frühstücksbuffet sehr mager und knapp bemessen. Auf meine Bitte den Käse aufzufüllen, es lag nur noch eine Scheibe eines faden Käses dort, belehrte sie uns erneut, dass erst die letzte Scheibe genommen werden müsste und sie erst dann auffüllen würde.
Schlussendlich kam sie dann passiv-aggressiv mit den neuen Scheiben und der nörgelnden Frage „reicht das?“ an unseren Tisch- alles sehr unangenehm.

Nette en schone kamer. Beetje jammer dat je vooruit moest inparkeren, hierdoor rook ik mijn koppeling na het inparkeren en viel de helft van mijn bagage uit de achterbak.
