Heritage Inn & Suites San Antonio Airport, Trademark Wyndham

Close to the airport. Quick and efficient check in. The pool was nice and did have some shade. It’s an older building and older rooms/ furniture but maintained. AC was not working well at all and we asked for a fan and they were very accommodating

It was a good time. Clean, quite, good and friendly staff. Would recommend 10/10

High end service. Shuttle was waiting for us 12:25am after hours. Justin the driver gave us some restaurant tips for our stay. Saul at front desk was welcoming, and efficient. He gave the high floor room as requested. Breakfast was varied, fresh, kids especially enjoyed the pancake machine. plenty of seating, nice coffee. Pool area perfect. Mari at front desk allowed late checkout. Staff is fantastic

We spent the night prior leaving for vacation. We had a very nice king suite. Walked to Applebees for dinner. Took free hotel shuttle to the Airport and left our car for a week for free. They use to be owned by Drury and had food snacks and drinks in the evening (no more), but still nice.

modern, quiet, clean, well maintained premises, warm breakfast (scrambled eggs, etc.). a bit difficult to get to, but that's the fault of the road system.

The staff was very accommodating (especially Mari)

This was a nice quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the access roads and close enough to the action (airport and restaurants).

Everything was exactly as pictured. No complaints. They even knew my name at check out before I could say it.

Our stay was great! The staff was so friendly and made us feel welcome! The hotel was super clean, breakfast was great and the room was perfect for our staycation! Exceptional customer service from Melinda! We definitely will be making this hotel our go to for our staycations!

I read some reviews baforei booking and:
1. When you book a hotel you have to see where it is located. So this is right beside some busy streets. Dont expect a silent stay. It is not the hotel fault
2. Breakfast. Well this is other topic I was waiting for trouble. People complaining about everything. Well, what a Nice surprise. Food and coffee being refilled by Melinda and Gina with a warm smile. It was a crowded sunday. 2 tapes of fruirs, Juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, you name it.
Everyone treated me as I am special. I felt the good energy.
Small bathroom? Yes. But Nice shower.
I just wish the hairdryer was more strong but I understand people here travel with theirs.
About amenities, there were the basic ones we might need and also there tons of stores nearby.
I am so glad I booked my Last leg of this trip here.
Ow, had I mention the shuttle car can take you around here on a mile rádius and not only to the airport?

I would avoid this San Antonio Airport Hotel at all costs, terrible front desk staff and worst management practices. Overcharged room night fees by them. Had to report them as fraudulent to bank officials for the room charges not even received. Don't make a reservation to stay here.

Staff was fabulous. Easy check in and checkout. Was able to book another night at 3am and left staff a note asking to be in same room after checking in at 1130pm with checkout being 11am. Staff is very helpful. Peaceful even though its next to highway. Clean facilities and smells good in room and hallways.

This location is the former Pear Tree hotel. The new Heritage Inn is just not the same quality 😕
