Everything was exactly as pictured. No complaints. They even knew my name at check out before I could say it.
Very clean, friendly staff and overall great experience
Our stay was great! The staff was so friendly and made us feel welcome! The hotel was super clean, breakfast was great and the room was perfect for our staycation! Exceptional customer service from Melinda! We definitely will be making this hotel our go to for our staycations!
I read some reviews baforei booking and:
1. When you book a hotel you have to see where it is located. So this is right beside some busy streets. Dont expect a silent stay. It is not the hotel fault
2. Breakfast. Well this is other topic I was waiting for trouble. People complaining about everything. Well, what a Nice surprise. Food and coffee being refilled by Melinda and Gina with a warm smile. It was a crowded sunday. 2 tapes of fruirs, Juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, you name it.
Everyone treated me as I am special. I felt the good energy.
Small bathroom? Yes. But Nice shower.
I just wish the hairdryer was more strong but I understand people here travel with theirs.
About amenities, there were the basic ones we might need and also there tons of stores nearby.
I am so glad I booked my Last leg of this trip here.
Ow, had I mention the shuttle car can take you around here on a mile rádius and not only to the airport?

I would avoid this San Antonio Airport Hotel at all costs, terrible front desk staff and worst management practices. Overcharged room night fees by them. Had to report them as fraudulent to bank officials for the room charges not even received. Don't make a reservation to stay here.
Staff was fabulous. Easy check in and checkout. Was able to book another night at 3am and left staff a note asking to be in same room after checking in at 1130pm with checkout being 11am. Staff is very helpful. Peaceful even though its next to highway. Clean facilities and smells good in room and hallways.
This location is the former Pear Tree hotel. The new Heritage Inn is just not the same quality 😕

The floors or rather the carpet looked dirty and dingy.
