Une excellente adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter pour un séjour réussi à New York.
Pros:

Excellent séjour ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à quelques minutes de Times Square, avec un accès très pratique au métro tout en permettant de découvrir une grande partie de Manhattan à pied. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, ce qui est appréciable à New York, et étonnamment calmes malgré l’emplacement en plein centre. Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant et souriant. Nous avons également beaucoup aimé le style rétro et élégant de l’hôtel, qui lui donne beaucoup de charme. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner est varié et de très bonne qualité. Nous y séjournerions de nouveau sans hésiter.

Cons:

Pour vraiment chipoter, la climatisation du restaurant était un peu trop forte à notre goût et les cartes magnétiques des chambres se démagnétisent très facilement au contact d’un téléphone, ce qui nous a obligés à les faire réactiver plusieurs fois.

Terrible take them off your site its a slap in your face
Pros:

It was extremely old and beaten up the worst room that I have ever stayed in New York. We checked out after the first night and moved to the Concorde who we booked through you. We were charged a night's stay as a penalty by your agent.

I feel that because we read your reviews and because we saw very few negative if any we should have been accommodated not penalized for the nights stay . Have not seen the credit that was promised for the remainder of the evenings and expect to see that credit on my card.

For 2 nights, its ok.
Pros:

Perfect location. Short walk to Times Square. Top of the rock and Central park.

Cons:

The air conditioning makes a lot of noises. Even if you turn it off. Had to sleep with earplugs.

Perfect for a family holiday and great service
Pros:

Great size and super clean rooms and daily service. Hotel staff were greatly trained and the hotel location was perfect for Manhattan experience .

Cons:

better Breakfast spread is definitely one area of improvement and quality of coffee

Good base for getting around the city, and only a couple of blocks from subway to JFK.
