Non-accessible entrance, Washroom bit dated
The front desk staff was absolutely amazing. They were friendly, welcoming, and always had the answers to any questions we had. A special shout out to Kendrick (I hope I got his name right!), the tall gentleman with the great hair who worked at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided outstanding customer service throughout our stay.
The bell staff and everyone who greeted us at the entrance were just as wonderful. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel valued and took great care of us.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, giving us plenty of room to relax. The food was also excellent, and the service was impressively fast, which made every meal enjoyable.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The exceptional hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and attentive staff made our stay memorable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel experience.
