My new favorite New York hotel
Pros:

Best staff in New York! They're unusually friendly for NYC hotel staff which makes the stay exceptional. I've already booked my next stay for a work trip this time.

Excellent find in midtown
Pros:

The location was excellent and the overall hotel was very nice and comfortable.

Some furnishings need to be updated and tidied.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Room was kept clean and housekeeping was very good.

Cons:

Some noise from the street as the internal soundproofing window was missing.
Should really offer more free items from the mini bar.

Pros:

Everything about this hotel was top notch. Services we're awesome....we were tratwd worth care the entire time. The restaurant is adequate, food and room services were all excellent.

Cons:

I'll admit, the bathroom was small and hair was found twice, Room service is not 24 hours but okay. We attended during the snow storm. The rooms do not have microwaves or fridge space for leftovers.

I would definitely stay here again, a great central place in Manhattan.
Pros:

It was a great location, it is closer to Times Square than you think. Beautiful historic building and giant rooms by New York City standards.

Cons:

If you’re on the side of the building next to Momma Mia you can hear when the show lets out and they play music. It’s wasn’t terrible but you can definitely tell. Also the beds are a little old (coils are definitely broke on some beds) and could use replacing.

大変良かったです
Pros:

立地がとにかく最高でした。ミュージカルの後、安全に帰れるのはとにかく良かったです。また、室内にカウンターがあり食事も出来ました。さらに、バスタブがあり清潔でありスタッフの対応も良かったです。

電子レンジがなく、テイクアウトの料理を温められませんでした。

I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to stay in the theater district.
Pros:

Everyone was amazing. There was this one door man who lit up like we were the most important people on the planet every time we came back. Housekeeping did such a great job every day! I would say closer to 9.5 rather than 9.0.

Cons:

The room was beyond clean and well maintained but the furniture was a little difficult to get out of, I assume it was just a tad old. It did not look old or dingy in any way, just a little loose in the springs. We usually have our first breakfast in the Hotel's restaurant. It was good. I had no complaints but we definitely had better elsewhere.
