TRASH
Pros:

I’ve been here twice, the first time they failed to clean up our room, we had to ask multiple times for our room to be clean and I believe got breakfast wasn’t an option my most recent stay I tired to see if we could have a later check out because they made my check in at 4pm and I needed to stay later but they just left me on hold and never answered my question, breakfast was bland and gross, and I left my AirPods not even a hour later I asked if I could check to see if they were because they are not cheap the receptionist said housekeeping didn’t see them which is bullcrap because I left them on the bed

Poor Service, Unreliable Communication, Unmet Front Desk Assurances
Pros:

Do not rely on assurances from the front desk for corrections or adjustments to payments or reservations. The hotel does not honor statements made by its own staff regarding reservation issues. When contacting their service line, representatives refuse to escalate issues to a manager, provide direct contact info, or connect you with hotel leadership—even after repeated calls and emails. Attempts through their help desk (Zendesk), phone numbers, or email go unanswered. The company’s communication system is essentially non-functional.

The hotel itself was only marginally acceptable, but the website’s photos and services offered are misleading. Also be cautious where you park—towing is a very real risk.

I am sharing this experience so future guests are aware of significant service and communication issues when problems arise.

Pros:

Will not stay there ever again. I booked this hotel for two nights and barely stayed for an hour after finding roaches in the bed and in the bathroom. Plus more were seen by the elevators. You would think this hotel would be better than this considering it’s literally across the highway from the stadiums.

Pros:

Elevator was the only convenient way to get to the 5th floor, and it would shake and make groaning noises when in use.

People would bang on our door in the middle of the night, and tried to get into our room.

Pros:

This hotel is run down and not cleaned well. The staff barely understand English. We booked a double queen room. Beds were full size at best. There was hair on the sheets and the air conditioner makes a loud banging sound every time the compressor shuts off. This went on all night long. There was hair in the shower. The breakfast area was out of many basic items and was filthy. A small child was found roaming the halls unattended in pajamas and police were called. A woman arrived from outside the hotel and said it was her child, but the staff did not ask what her name was or what room she was in so the police had no way to ensure this was her child. The child was dirty and in an adult t-shirt instead of pajamas. Very irresponsible on the part of the hotel staff. We will not be returning.

Pros:

This is a "economy" hotel I'd call it. A lot of the east parking lot is a disaster next to dangerous. Lot to the west was much better
A Drury inn used to be here and this place replace that some time ago. Facility needs work to replace flooring , lights bathroom. Price was equivalent to condition of facility. Service was ok with attentive , competent desk help. Breakfast was pretty good for class of hotel.
We had small kids and bathtub didn't have stopper. Desk couldn't provide one. Room was clean enough and comfortable.
But overall facility needs work.
It was an inexpensive stay so no real regrets

Pros:

Our room keys were deactivated when we came back one night and it took a hotel employee nearly 20 minutes to show back up to the front desk to try and help us out.

Pros:

We arrived at three to a line and asked to check in early when it was our turn. We were told there were no rooms available at that time even though the person before us did not have a reservation and was given a room right away. I was told I’d get a call when our room was ready and never did.
The cleaning staff was actually nicer than the front desk staff. They talked to us while we were waiting, showed us another bathroom we could use when they saw we were in line for the bathroom in the lobby, and asked us what our plans were while in town.
The parking is confusing. There are “parking spots” clearly drawn but then signs that say no parking, tow away zone. More than half the parking spots are completely unusable with no obvious reason.
I would not stay here again. There are plenty of other good hotels.

Pros:

The toilet was so slow to flush! Breakfast was so, so. Frozen breakfast sandwiches that had to be heated up in the only microwave available. Staff super friendly and clean facility.
