Séjour de la dolce vita, le personnel est extrêmement réactif et aimable. Tous les services sont ok. Le confort est parfait, élégant, charme... Silencieux et bien climatisé, un service généreux. Proximité de la place St Marc et des water taxi. Nos 2 petits chiens acceptés et très bien accueillis, notre séjour était parfait!

La ubicación es inmejorable: a escasos 5 minutos a pie tanto del Puente de Rialto como de la Plaza de San Marcos, lo que permite descubrir Venecia caminando y disfrutar de la ciudad al máximo.
La limpieza merece una mención especial. Todo estaba impecable y reluciente, cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle.
Después de nuestra experiencia, sinceramente creemos que no hay mejor lugar para alojarse en Venecia. Si volvemos a la ciudad, no tendríamos ninguna duda en repetir.

This hard to find words to describe how much we enjoyed staying at Residenza Ducato. It started with amazing communication before we arrived with a warm welcome and information on how to navigate our arrival in Venice. We took their kind offer of organising a water taxi who messaged us and picked us up right outside the train.
When we arrived at the dock we were welcomed by a staff member who escorted us through a short walk to the hotel.
The rooms are exactly like the photos, absolutely gorgeous. Location was brilliant.
Venice is such a beautiful chaotic place but we felt we had a little oasis to return to that was perfectly located.
The team are just lovely and welcomed us like family gave great recommendations. I would not hesitate to recommend

Very clean and top quality. Old style hotel with marble floors, chandeliers, good Air conditioning. Paola at reception is the best ever! Very friendly and proactively gave directions and cared about your stay.
I would have liked to check out a little later for personal reasons but there was a place to store luggage securely, so it wasn’t a big deal.
