تم وصولي إلى الفندق الساعه 4 وللأسف انتظرت إلى الساعه 5 لاستلام الغرفه التاخر في المواعيد وتأخير جدول العمره لدي هذا التأخير ازعجني جداً

They having buggy service to al haram.

Cons:

I book king bed but there is not available during the stay due to the tower is having other issues. The chage to twin bed with partially haram view
