النظافه سعة الغرفه جودة الأثاث والمنظفات في الحمام سيارات القولف اللوبي جميل جدا ً

Cons:

تكلفة مواقف السيارات وعدم توفر توصيل المطاعم الى الفندق
وسرعة انتقال المصعد سبب ضغط في الأذن

شي غير مرضي تماماً دفع 821 ريال بالاضافه ل 185 ريال مقابل السكن لمدة 12 ساعة فقط لان موعد وصولي للفندق الساعة الواح

لا شي يذكر

Cons:

خدمة نقل الشنط خاصة وقت الخروج طلبت وافادوني انه يجب الانتظار لمدة نابين 15 الى 20 دقيقه . كذلك لا توجد مواقف خاصه بسيارات النزلاء .
مما يضطر النزيل الي دفع ايجار لا يقل عن 280 ريال لليوم الواحد مقبل موقف للسيارة .

overall fine but costly comparable to few hundreds difference from clock tower hotels
Pros:

Rooms were super clean and new.

Cons:

1- Arrived at reception around 4:30 and got room key after one hour 5:30

2- location from Haram is far due to works and very painful and specially on return it is sloped and very difficult to reach hotel specially not recommended for old age people

موظفو الاستقبال رائعون وخصوصا موظفة حقيقة لا يحضرني اسمها كانت متواجدهبوم الوصول

Cons:

للأسف المواقف لم يتم الخصم عليها حيث دفعت ٢٨٠ ريال من المفترض ان يكون هنالك الية
