Stay was great, would stay here again!
Pros:

Property was great, staff was great very family oriented and accommodating to children. Hotel was also very close to everything we had planned to do. Room was nice and clean as well as great pool area. Would stay here again!

Cons:

The room lacked a microwave which would’ve been great for a longer stay, we just stayed one night, also would have liked brighter lighting in the room and better pillows; but still was not bad at all.

We were very pleased with the facilities and the service provided
Pros:

The rooms were spotless and the front desk help (Sue) was extremely helpful and friendly despite a computer network outage, which was very stressful for her. She went above and beyond to accommodate the line of guests waiting for her to get them checked in.

Conveniently located, very clean, quiet, good breakfast.
Pros:

The hotel was conveniently located from downtown Knoxville. I was helping my daughter, who is a freshman, at the University of Tennessee to get accommodated in her dorms. The drive to the dorm was easy and quick. The hotel was quiet and very clean. I liked the contactless check in and check out. I liked that I could use my phone to open the door to my room.

Cons:

There was something wrong with our air conditioning and it was loud when it turned on. Otherwise, I had no issues with the hotel.
