Wonder place but request upper floor because ceiling above us sounded like elephants stomping around
Pros:

It was very clean, modern and smelled new. Everything worked as intended and the handicapped shower was a real blessing! Would return anytime!! Staff was nice and there was a half way decent choice of foods at breakfast.

Cons:

I gave advice that if they have the spaces to alternate rooms that are full. Because it was extremely noisy and I don’t know what was above us but it sounded like an elephant stomping above us late into the night and before 6am in the morning. I was hoping and excited to sleep in because check out was noon. But because of the noise above we couldn’t sleep and left early after grabbing a bite.

I would stay at a Tru hotel by Hilton again.
Pros:

The check-in staff (evening) was delightful and very welcoming! The TV was an exceptional size and quality.

Cons:

The breakfast was a little disappointing. The yogurt machine was not working and the fruit was too ripe.

Would stay here again in a heart beat!
Pros:

We can’t say enough good things about this place. We brought our 90lb labradoodle. The staff was wonderful to him. Everything was clean. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Great location to the highway.

I've stayed at Tru before and will stay again.
Pros:

Location is great because it is off the interstate and major highway so you don't get the noise from semi's all night long. I also like the wood floors because who wants to walk on carpet that's been on the floor forever as most hotels have. Showers are also good. It's a real shower and not a deep tub that you have to step out of.

Cons:

I was put on the 4th floor in hope for a quiet room, however, there were a couple of boys in the room next to me. They had TV turned up to top volume watching a movie until 11:00 p.m. Parents were clueless. Not your fault, but defeated the purpose of a 4th floor room.
