Everything, the amenities, the friendly environment, the receptionist was WONDERFUL and was very knowledgeable about the city. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Great hotel location and property
Inexperienced front desk staff first couldn't retrieve my booking when trying to confirm over the phone. I was told upon arrival that as a Hilton Diamond member that myself and my guest had a $10 credit to spend on snacks or drinks. I was later billed for those charges. They also threw in a $50 pet fee which I never agreed to and was unaware of. I messaged the property and then later called. The woman who I was transferred to was incredibly unhelpful and combative when explaining the $70 in over charges. When I told her that I would contest the difference with my credit card she told me it was fraud, that she would notify her manager and then hung up. While this had the potential to be a good stay, unexpected charges and inexperienced front desk staff telling you you have credits as a diamond member (which is apparently not true) and being unwilling to reverse the charges which I offered twice to prove were not in fact in my reservation confirmation by forwarding the email, this is turned out to be more of a headache than it was worth. While I will not be going through Knoxville again anytime soon, this will leave a lasting impression of poor customer service.

Lobby was nice. Staff seemed friendly. Enjoyed the free bottles of water in lobby. Noticed the beer dispenser too late to try.
Pillows need more support. Number of towels was t enough for our family of four. Wished they had USB C ports. More video cameras in parking lot for added peace of mind.
