Exceptional the best accommodation food and service I have ever experienced
Pros:

Everything the staff , attentiveness, politeness they are caring I really liked the lady when we checking in
her smile and she was very personable and more mature people give a better service I believe

Cons:

I can't think of anything, even breakfast and the attention is outstanding !

We got stuck trying to leave the car park twice, it didn't recognise our number plate when it should have.

Beachside elegance
Pros:

Extremely comfortable room and view. Excellent location with easy access to restaurants and beach. Staff at reception were helpful and cheerful.

Cons:

Underground parking has height limit of 1.9 metres which can be tricky for some vehicles. Noisy plumbing on showers, but they were hot and had great pressure.
