Loved the staff and location. But bathrooms need renos.
Pros:

The bed is AMAZING!

Cons:

The bathrooms are so outdated. No toilet brush. Paid $600 for one night and the bathroom had a dull shower curtain.

Despite a noise issue, Crowne Plaza is a great place to stay. More than helpful to assist
Pros:

Location and restaurant

Cons:

Had an issue with construction noise that hadn’t been previously advised. Crowne made good with other options.

Location is perfect. Breakfast is awesome.

Cons:

The live music from downstairs echoes up through all the rooms and is very loud. I thought the pillows were not comfortable.
