Great stay at Crown Plaza. Excellent location and will visit again
Pros:

Location is fantastic

Cons:

One lift was out of order. Our room was on the top floor yet there was occasional noise which sounded like a dryer or air conditioning coming from neighbouring staff only room

Pros:

Great location, staff were attentive, friendly and went above and beyond(kelly at reception and bel in gaming lounge special mentions ) room was good, breakfast buffet was excellent. Parking was convienient

Pros:

Fabulous location, excellent facilities we loved that the pool was heated. Great breakfast, room was great too

Cons:

The lifts were a bit slow but one was also out of order at the time

Overall the stay was great for one night, coupled with terrific location and beautiful weather. Ample options at doorste
Pros:

Location, easy check in, friendly and helpful staff, clean room, great view from balcony.

Cons:

Lifts slow or not working, a lot of the decor was outdated, cost for room was expensive compared to similar in the city, air con was tricky to get working, had difficulty getting in bath to shower following hip replacement.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel, close to the beach, close to bars and restaurants. Rooms are very comfortable. Luxurious bed. Lots of space in the room. Is a little on the pricey side but it's worth it if you're looking for a special getaway. Free parking garage around the corner if you're willing to walk a little bit.
