Lovely place to stay, all amenities were really lovely, staff excellent.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to help us find places.
The breakfast buffet was beautiful with lots of variety.
The pool area was very clean and plenty of chairs to sit on.

Cons:

I was disappointed in the room we were given as I felt for the price we paid I thought the view very lacking, we were looking at 2 rooftops from a triangular shape and a very small balcony.
I made a point of booking a more expensive room for the size and view, however I felt like we were stuck in a corner trying to see out.

Perfect spot for a family staycation. Great facilities and central to everything in Terrigal
Pros:

Great staff and facilities. Denise on the front desk was amazing and so helpful. Pool was a hit with the kids and rooms were spotless and roomy.

Cons:

There was a strong smell from the grease trap in the car park. It was over many days. Also, the lift buttons in the cars do not illuminate. It’s been like this for several years.

Pros:

Location is convenient and staff are fabulous however felt preference given to larger group bookings. Lack of supervision of people's conduct in pool area made it unpleasant area to be in. Room is overpriced and very basic.
