Convenient when we travel to our second home
The policy on pets goes back and forth, sometimes they charge and then sometime they don’t charge. We have 2 low maintenance cats and to tell me you spend $80 “special cleaning” that room is false. I clean the room when I arrive and when I leave so know there isn’t any special cleaning. The staff were not friendly and will not stay at the I hotel again even though we have stayed there multiple times
The breakfast was really good. There was a wide variety of options.
The tv channels weren't that good, but the room was nice.

Everything was very clean. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable. At one point, my husband just sat up, and laid against the padded headboard to sleep. I tossed all night and woke up with my back hurting and an awful headache.
