The staff were nice, the hotel was nice, the breakfast was good. Over all a good stay!
The hot tub was a bit murky seemed like it needed a treatment and the pool felt too cold to swim in, I heard other people saying they thought it was too cold also. There was no hair dryer in our room, I asked for one but never received it. The hook on the back of our door was broken where the hair dryer would have been. It felt like they didnt believe us that we didnt have one.

The room was beautifully updated and very comfortable . We enjoyed having the pool, arcade and resturant all in the same building so we didn't have to leave the hotel. Staff was very helpful and accommodating

Hot breakfast options. Seating was amply spaced with a bright breakfast area and comfy couch seats.
The hotel lobby and rooms were modern with nice seats and a panoramic view of the city. The room soap & body washes smelled good too. The hotel reception staff and manager were courteous and accommodating.
As we were a generational family with a younger infant, I appreciated that there was a bit of leeway during the check-out time.
The renovated modern bright aesthetic of the hotel is infinitely better than from when I first visited back in 2022.
The turkey bacon tasted a bit weird - I would prefer the regular pork bacon.
Two people already knocked at our door when checking out. The second lady didn't know that we had been previously asked.

Service at the hotel is excellent. A wonderful young gentleman checked us in - super friendly and helpful. Service in the restaurant was also good, as was the food for dinner. The hotel is a little tired, the room could have done with a vacuum and the pillow cases are way too small for the pillows leaving the pillow innards sticking out. The free parking is a plus and the location was good for a road trip.

Very few healthy options for breakfast food. Apart from scrambled eggs and fruit saladI. I do not count the turkey bacon as healthy because it was most unpleasant to look at. 4 cereals from which to choose were all sugar laden. Mini croissants hard and dry not a healthy choice. Multi grain bread would be a good addition as would bran muffins rather than 2 sweet offerings of muffins. Yogourt choices all had fruit bottoms full of sugar. Plain ,no sugar yogourt might be an experiment for your catering staff..
Hotel and room were lovely. We ate at the restaurant which was really good too.
Location - felt like you were in the middle of a roundabout or interstate intersection!
