A Nice Hotel For Someone Else
Pros:

I like that the hotel is dog friendly. The location worked great for our needs. It's a clean hotel. The check-in staff was very pleasant and even put us in a room away from a traveling basketball (college) team.

Cons:

The hotel is dog friendly, but it costs $50 a night extra. That is twice what most hotels would charge for a night. And considering it's a dog who sleeps in a crate...yes, I understand not all dogs do, but I feel like a charge that high should be negotiable. The cleaning staff seemed to be terrified of our Golden Doodle and she couldn't be a more chill dog. The room was spacious, but the bed covers were lacking in effectiveness. Too thin. It was in January, so it was chilly. Also, you can see out through the closed blinds during the day. At night all the street lamps shine through the blinds and there are not additional window coverings. Needless to say, if you like it dark, it's impossible to get a good nights sleep. To sound like an old person, I feel like this hotel would be great for the demographics of a younger person, maybe 20 to 30 somethings.

Staff was extremely warm and welcoming.
Pros:

Great staff!

Cons:

Door was gapped so light shined though at night and you could see into the hallway and hear everything.

Tiles in bathroom falling off wall.

Everything else was great and as expected!

I will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

I liked the personalized message on the TV, that was fun. Nice beds and pillows. The complimentary tea and drinks and the breakfast was very nice. We stayed when downtown was decorated for Christmas and that was awesome!

Cons:

We were right by the elevator, so it was pretty noisy. I like that it is pet friendly, but heard a yappy dog during the night. There wasn't two chairs in the room, only one, which was not super. Everything else was great.

Pros:

Beautiful design and comfort.

Cons:

It was disheartening to know that this facility did not recycle. In an area that is all about the environment with all of the outdoor activities that this place did not consider the benefits of recycling. I wish you will reconsider and make this a priority
