Cleaning and location
Pool is out of service months ago, the hot tub it's sealed whit concrete and breakfast is not enough for all the guests in the time what the hotel says, the rate whit booking is to expensive for the hotel what I take.

The room was very nice.
The site advertised a pool and jacuzzi in the photo section on the app and the jacuzzi was filled in with concrete and the pool had a huge cover over it. The breakfast was sub par.
The room was spacious and comfortable for a 4 night stay.
The roll in shower for mobility wasn't safe with the bench seat not sitting evenly and leaning down. Person with limited mobility wouldn't be able to use it safely. Otherwise it was a great room.
I like that I had a two bedroom with kitchen included
The pool was closed the hot tub was gone. The room wasn't ready at check in time the fireplace was not available for use. The room had not been cleaned good still had some of the last persons clothes under the couch and bed. Requesting towels took forever maid never came by the room i stayed two nights. Breakfast was cold, eggs were runny. They didn't seem friendly.

Pool was closed, w/o notice
We chose this hotel based on location. It was very close to hospital where my husband was having surgery. Having the kitchen was great. Room was large. Bed comfortable.
I asked for one favor-to be located away from freeway adjacent to hotel. Desk clerk assigned us to a room facing closest to the freeway. Since it was a one night stay, we decided not to make a fuss. Room was clean but we found someone else’s pants in one of the drawers, there were no bath towels and there was an empty plastic water bottle under the sofa. Clearly, housekeeper was distracted. Grounds of hotel are very neglected. Swimming pool looks permanently, not temporarily closed. Grass in gathering quad area is dead.
We did not try breakfast as we had to leave before 6am.
The room was great , everything was super clean and quiet
There was a horrible smell in the hallway
