It worked out fine for a weekend stay

The city of Austin should close this hotel.
Pros:

Location is the only reason to reserve this place.

Cons:

It looks very different than advertised. A old hotel/motel. I had several bug bites after sleeping there and left in the morning as soon as I woke up. I paid for valet parking (the only option) and they said I would need to park myself because there was nobody to return my keys after certain hours.

Worst I’ve been in my life
Pros:

Cons:

The rooms smells terribly like feet, you can tell they haven’t vacuumed in months, the are dirty and I saw 2 cockroaches in the room.

The building is depressing, they haven’t done any maintenance, the elevators get stuck and are falling apart. The valet parking guy was visibly drunk, my husband saw him pee on the parking lot and parking is very expensive ($45). Don’t stay here ever, it’s worst than a motel.

Best Downtown Austin value, Best service anywhere.
Pros:

Super clean, quiet room. The bed and linens were amazing. (That mattress was AMAZING.) But the service was unbeatable. Blanca at the front desk was absolutely THE BEST. Had a small tv issue, which she resolved with a free room upgrade, because she (in her words) wanted to make sure I had the best stay possible. She's the best. Also, the valet was super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Everything the bed has no comforter just a thin sheet to cover yourself the lights in the bathroom dont work and everything smells of piss plus i dont even think im getting my deposit back for the room cause it feels like a scam

Pros:

The staff was helpful in areas I hadn't used ibefore on prior visits. Parking attendant walked me through the procedures step by step in order for me to park and secure my car.

Cons:

When you have cheaper shampoo and soap of lesser quality it makes you feel like your hotel is of lesser quality.

Awful. We ended up leaving because the room was atrociously dirty
Cons:

Cleanliness was awful. Frost desk staff at check in and vallet had no idea what they were doing. I asked about vallet parking and was told the vallet in quote “go look for space in the lot I think it’s full if not park in the street” he had no idea what vallet even meant so idiotic. When we walked into the room it was obvious it wasn’t cleaned. One bed had no comforter, the windows and blinds were filled with dirt. The bathroom doors didnt close at all, it smelled odd and on top of that there was PUBIC HAIR in the floor. Don’t come unless you want to be traumatized. We didn’t even sleep there overnight it was so gross.
