Need to update their rooms and breakfast
Pros:

Staff was nice and it was close to where we needed to be.

Cons:

The rooms were so hot and ac barely blew. Carpets were nasty. Bathrooms had mold in sinks and walls. Room walls had crack and mold on them. Breakfast was horrible.

Ótima localização, cafe da manha com poucas opções, mas bom cafe cafe da manha. Funcionários mto atenciosos.

Cons:

Cheguei um pouco antes do check in. O quarto disponível tinha um cheiro muito forte de cigarro e maconha. Passei a primeira noite praticamente em claro. Reclamei duas vezes, na segunda mudaram de quarto, esperei a manha toda, pq estavam limpando os quartos, o quarto estava mto cheiroso, limpo e a pressão da agua do chuveiro muito melhor que o primeiro quarto.

The staff were wonderful and we are glad that we could walk to the venue at Waterloo Park.
Pros:

The room was nice and cold when we arrived and the beds were nice and clean. The bathroom I’ve been wiped down, but was not as clean as one would expect a bathroom to be the breakfast was lovely and the staff there was welcoming and very, very nice they made the stay exceptional.

Cons:

There was soap scum on the outside of the tub and on the sink fixtures in the bathroom, clumps of soap.

Price to stay is cheaper than most in that area but still too expensive for the actual quality of the hotel.
Pros:

The valet staff was friendly. The front desk staff during our check in was friendly and check out staff. The others during the day Saturday and Saturday night were not friendly.

Cons:

Our room had holes in the doors, door handle broke off. Mirrors not clean, bathtub was nasty and old. The pictures on here are not what the facility looks like at all. They are super old photos. Pool was not clean at all.

Do not, under any circumstances, stay at this hotel. It is a complete disaster, and the parking cost $45.
Pros:

Nothing. This hotel is a joke that should be demolished. Filthy. The lights in the room didn’t work, and some didn’t even have lightbulbs. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Cons:

This hotel is a joke, exposed wires coming out of the walls, construction happening at 9 PM on a Saturday night, worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
