Stinky and dirty experience
Pros:

The room was dirty and sticky.
The bed sheets smelled like a bunch of construction guys slept in the bed without showering off the sweat of their workday.
The A/c did not cool.
The hallways were sticky and stinky.
The whole place looked like it needs to be condemned.

Location was good.

Cons:

I actually checked in, got to my room, booked another hotel and left. The room was extremely run down with stains on the carpet and leaks on the paint from the ac vent, just felt off. I think the staff did what they could with the room so it was probably clean but there were bugs on the walls and it was just feeling sketchy for a single female. It was sxsw so it was over priced (650 for 2 nights) I lost my money as I chose to leave and go to a Marriott by the university.

Would never stay there again in spite of rates and location
Pros:

Great location but horrendous old building. Bathtub was nasty dirty. Room was VERY musty

el hotel esta en buenas condiciones, solo el personal no quiere apoyar en nada, al llegar no había rollo de papel y se molestan en esto, posterior a esto el resto normal.

Felt like a jail cell
Pros:

I didn’t like anything.

Cons:

The handicap parking spots, the dirty room, loud people outside, not being able to turn down the volume of the TV lower than 10. Everything was disgustingly dirty and couldn’t get a good night’s sleep.

La Quinta should not have their name associated with this place.
Pros:

Dirty everywhere you look- mold in bathroom, stained carpets, smelled bad, unsavory characters about. Could not turn off the AC and it was a chilly weekend in Austin. No maintenance on duty. We asked to change rooms and the second was slightly better but overall the place is in serious need of painting and repairs.

Cons:

Filthy and felt unsafe.

I did not stay. I walked into the room took pictures of the bedding and canceled my reservation.

The room was disgustingly!! The bedding had obviously not been changed as the pillow case had makeup and dirt on it. The bathroom was not clean and it smelled like body Oder and mold.
