I should have done a deeper dive on reviews.
Pros:

the location worked well for wor, was very close by and parking was safe.

Cons:

I 1st checked in to a room on the ground floor, way in the back when there were other rooms available in the front of the hotel, and the room had a hissing noise I could here over the AC unit. turns out the sliding window was open, the lock was removed and the safety clip in the sliding channel was also unscrewed so no way to close or lock the window. I called the desk, went to the lobby, was told maintenance man would fix it, i asked to be moved. I was then moved to room 213, 2nd floor all the way in the back again, room was dirty, smelled like a dog, not ready for a guest, I paid for the 2 nights but checked out on the 2nd day rather then stay another night.
