Front staff friendliness on the phone.
Facility outdated where rooms are and reeked of weed in the hallways. Room surface areas were not clean. TV remote unused by us but was covered in dirt and a dried substance.
Nothing ! I never stayed he and am waiting for my refund !
I was told a price and given a key … then I was told I would be charged another $75 for my small dog. This is wrong! The total should be disclosed before I payed . I was told my money would be refunded by the manager the following day. It’s been over a week. Not a good way to run an honest business.

The hotel was easy to find. The housekeepers, and breakfast staff were very nice.
I reserved a 2 bed upstairs room with breakfast included. First they put us in a room with only one bed. I went down to see if they could change us, and was given the only room with 2 beds that was left. It was right by the pool. Very loud all day and night. I wasn't able to sleep much at all, making the whole trip very difficult. The breakfast was not included. The place was like a maze, and no one explained how to nest get where you needed to go. I will try a different place next time.
The place is very clean! They have a full bar and restaurant in the hotel, which we love! The food is great and the service is phenomenal!! We had 3 separate meals there and drinks while at the bar. We highly recommend it! They also have a full breakfast buffet available for only $16!! Our room was clean and the beds are very comfortable. There’s plenty of parking and it’s nearby to many restaurants, and also a grocery store. All of the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful! We’ve stayed here several times and we’ll definitely be back!

Breakfast was not included, they held 100 dollars which they told me i would get back, no batteries in the TV remote when I called the front desk they told me someone would be bringing them to me and that didn't happen and the shower was dirty, toilets did not flush well and the bathroom had no fan to get rid of the steam
The location was great and there was a lot of grassy areas for my pup to explore.
The pet fee is astronomical. They not only take the deposit for your room from you at checkout for a hundred dollars. They also have a NON refundable pet deposit of $50. And then $25 per night you stay. So the pet fees almost end up being more than you pay to stay in the room to begin with.
