This has to be one of the largest hotels in New England!!
Pool was great, breakfast was cheap and quality was great! Staff were all friendly

Was at venue for 3 day dance competition. Building needs maintenance and renovations.

Mold
Pros:

Lisa the general manager doesn't care about the guests at all. Im shocked at her treatment. Booked a reservation walked in the room it smelled musty. Got a room change still didnt feel good ending up missing work then having to go to the hospital. When packing my stuff up to leave I picked up my bag and noticed it was wet. Their ac unit that I didnt run was leaking and the carpet was wet. I then went to grab something and noticed there was mold all over the baseboards and the outlet is not even on the wall exposing insulation. The last day of my reservation they finally let me switch to a room i stayed in before and knew was okay after making me pack all my stuff leave it in the hallway then walk back and get another key for a clean room. I asked for at least a partial refund since I could not even enjoy this vacation and she said the room is fine. I wish I took more pictures unfortunately I was unaware if would be treated so bad. Here are the couple pictures I have. This place should probably have the board of health come in some rooms are unhabitable.

Pros:

Relaxed atmosphere. Cool open concept. Family friendly

Cons:

Broken picture frame in our room along with excessive peeling paint on the walls and ceilings. Door entry electronics didn't work on the outside door closest our room. Loud guests in the halls late night

They were the most cold and non empathetic staff I have ever met
Cons:

This hotel does not care about the safety of their customers. I was offered no solutions to help assist during a state of emergency and travel ban with a stuck car in the parking lot. I had stayed the previous night but was not allowed to stay the next. Though it’s not their fault they ran out of rooms, I was shocked by the coldness and lack of empathy provided by the hotel staff. No apologies, no solutions, no assistance, just you can’t stay here you must leave. I would have slept on a cot in a supply closet to ensure my safety during this storm
