We were happy to see staff that took pride in their work and made us feel welcome.

Otherwise it was a good stay
Cons:

I brought my dog with me He barked a little bit when we initially arrived . I received three calls about his barking. The third call he hadn't even been there in the room for the last hour. Staff probably should have gone to the floor to investigate the actual room with the Barking Dog. We heard the other dog yappity Yap yapping and it wasn't mine I had to find a babysitter for mine. I was told he couldn't stay in the room kenneled. But then I was told by someone else he was able to have been in the room kenneled. But the manager made adjustments for the inconvenience.

Cons:

Bathroom was to small, sink water wouldnt drain properly, and ac thermostat was not working well with the AC never figured how to work it.
