New Galata Hotels

The worst hotel I ever booked. The staff is very aggressive and angry, for no reason. When I try to speak to the management, the management sends me to their owner, and when I try to speak to the owner, they send me back to the management. When I try to speak to any of them in english, they respond in Turkish. When I turn on google translator to speak turkish, they immediately switch to english. I have never seen people like this, and I highly recommend everyone to stay off their hotel - no matter what the “DISCOUNT” is. The DISCOUNT is a trick and they are not worth even 70 EUR or 50 EUR per night... The experience is shocking, with all the managers being aggressive and impolite. From other people I heard that the hotel is very low quality, so I decided to not stay even after having booked it.

The Hotel Look like a hostel, with a very poor entrance, inside a small street behind the main street, don't expect the view of the Bosfore and the bridge. it's is not good for couples,
- The mattress is very old and not comfortable.
- The space is not optimized.
- Smelling toilet inside the room.
- Service not good,
- Breakfast is just a disaster, we paid 5$ for a cup of tea and 3 slices of cucumber and tomatoes looking not clean, some butter and honey, and expired olives.

Es ist in einem Geto. Es war sehr laut, Personal war laut. Keine Badetücher, keine Handtücher vorhanden. Zimmer war im Keller. Bei den Treppen war sehr eng, dass man seitlich angestanden ist. Es war hororr.

Pésima ubicación ,entorno muy sucio

De badkamers ruiken heel erg muf. Hierdoor zijn we van kamer veranderd. De nieuwe kamer was na aantal dagen beschikbaar. Omdat ik een nieuwe kamer wilde moest ik het prijsverschil van de nieuwe kamer betalen. Van de hotelmedewerker begreep ik dat ze mij een korting hebben gegeven en zo wilde ze mij tegemoet komen. Alleen vond ik deze oplossing niet passend omdat ik niet van kamer wilde veranderen als de kamer niet naar riolering en muf stonk. Met deze tegemoetkoming was ik ook niet eens, maar omdat er in de omgeving geen andere hotels beschikbaar waren, ben ik noodgedwongen akkoord gegaan en heb ik bijbetaald voor een nieuwe kamer. De kamer zag er goed uit, alleen stonk ook deze badkamer muf. Verschil is wel dat de nieuwe kamer een balkon had en hierdoor hadden we weinig tot geen last van de geur als de badkamer deur gesloten was.

Otelin konumu dışın da herşey berbat. Günlük kat hizmeti dahi alamadığım gün oldu. Düşünün akşam yorgun odaya dönüyosunuz oda pis havlular dünden kalma heryer perişan. Ayrıca tek bir standart oda var ve zemin katta ayak altı biryer üst kata çıkmak için 500 tl ilave ücret aldılar. Birdaha anca üstüne para verirseler kalacağım bir yer.

Otelin konumu ve odaların durumu gayet yeterli ancak girişten itibaren pek ilgili olmayan bir ekiple karşılaştık. Kaldığımız oda manzaralı ve güzeldi ancak biraz gürülütüydü. Banyoda duş kabini kırıktı ama banyo temiz ve güzeldi. Oda biraz üstün körü temizlenmişti ve havlularımız odaya girişten saatler sonra geldi. Kahvaltı iyiydi.

Don't be fooled by the photo! The rooms are so tiny that it can barely fit you and your baggage. I won't say how it feels when you have a family of 4...!
Location is good to visit the main city's monuments and attractions, but it is in a dirty, small, noisy road that you can't access with the car.

ABER: Das Geruch im Badezimmer ist unerträglich - trotz Wechsel des Zimmers. Das Hotel hat definitiv ein Abfluss/Kanalisationsproblem.

L’hotel se trouve a 10 mn de la tour Galata dans une petite ruelle, nous avons eu une. Chambre entre rdc et sous-sol , la chambre était propre le me age se fait tous les jours. Petit dejeuner se fait en terrasse fermé.
