Considering old rooms and poor breakfast, it should be 1/3 price. The rooms has to be renewed and the breakfast could be much better

Had a 3 night stay here recently while visiting Barcelona. Hotel is in a nice quiet location close to metro stops for getting to and from airport and also the city. Breakfast was good , rooms were comfortable and quiet. And iverall we had a nice stay here. Would recommend.

This Hotel is in a good location to Sants Station and the Spanish Steps - a half hour walk in the sunshine is actually quite pleasant. We also used the Hop-on Hop off bus which got us around Barcelona well. The rooms were clean and nice - however there was one one cup when two of us were staying in the room which was rectified when we spoke to reception. Reception in general were all pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was okay -there was a decent selection - however on our last day they had run out of Bacon. The air - conditioning was fine in our rooms as I know this has been mentioned by other travellers. For a 3 star hotel I would rate it at the top of 3 stars, and what I would say is for improvement to check how many guests are in each room and have enough cups and water for each and dont run out of Bacon.

Really enjoyed my stay in Barcelona. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy and had great facilities. I ordered room service the first night, it came quickly and it was tasty. The breakfast was delicious and fresh with a great selection. Perfect location, short walk to train station and metro. Thank you :)

On the photos shown here, rooms do have a relax chair and amenities like coffee and tea. On my room, only a minibar was available. Plus a bottle of water free of charge, that was highly appreciated by me. Airconditioning did not work correctly, so the room stayed warm. Breakfast was okay with enough to choose from.

The hotel was your standard hotel, they provided room service, cleaned the rooms, had the basic amenities, it was nothing really to write home about. What really sold about this place was Raul at the front desk who was so helpful and amazing. 10/10 service from him! He was so helpful and kind, thank you:)

Great location, quiet neighborhood, cozy and clean rooms. Raul greeted us with amazing recommendations for restaurants nearby the hotel and sights to see around the city.

Everything was great! The best, the staff so friendly!!!!!! Always careful to any detail or need that arises.
Perfect location and very close to the most central part of the city by public transport. Very quiet street, so perfect and relaxing rest. Recommendable!

The only thing is, no complementary breakfast that makes the stay more expensive if you avail it.

Loved Raul at the reception. So warm and helpful and just kind. Room was cleaned to the highest standards every single day. Amazing people. AC working great, comfortable bed and pillows. The team helped me with putting my rose petals before we checked in into the room - which was amazing. They put it in the shape of a heart. So beautiful. Cake and card for my birthday was such an amazing surprise. (Cake was actually so so good!) Thank you to the entire team. You were exceptionally helpful and kind.

Only stayed one night but upgraded to a suite on arrival.

The staff was nice and helpful, the room was big and the bed comfortable. We really liked the eco friendly toiletries.

We went with our dog and they made sure we all feel comfortable. The staff was really nice and the room was big and clean. We also had breakfast in the room and the lady from the restaurant was very helpful.

There are too few electrical outlets, and the location are not too convenient to use in relation to the desk, side table, bed -- recommend to bring an extension cord.

Unfortunately one resident on my floor chose to smoke daily, but luckily only the halls were filled with smoke -- didn't reach my room. We informed the front desk and they assured us they would address it quickly.

Very spacious room, with lots of amenities in the room and very quiet. The area is also quiet but also a short walk to the metro. This was my second stay at this hotel.

Internet was very weak. We could not plan our day without it. Area wasn’t appealing. Close to Stants.
