Все сотрудники были в высшей степени позитивны и доброжелательны.
Pros:

Очень удобное расположение в центре старого города. До главных достопримечательностей Батуми можно было легко добраться пешком. Номер был чистым и теплым, а постель удобной. Мечтаем вернуться в это гостеприимное место еще раз.

Все прошло отлично.

Если ищете бюджетненько и вкусненько, то вам сюда
Pros:

Добрый и приятный персонал, было пусто и мне дали вместо моей бюджетной комнатки, люкс на 4м этаже с вайбовым балкончиком.
Было всё необходимое в номере. Также хозяюшка дала зонтики на целый день мне и моим друзьям, что очень выручили в горах на экскурсии. Всем советую кто хочет бюджетно и приятно.

Хозяйка и администратор Нана очень приятные люди. Встретили, угостили вином, разместили. На следующий день освободился номер с балконом и нас переселили туда, без всякой доплаты. Всё чисто, ухожено. Из аэропорта и в аэропорт заказали нам такси, что намного дешевле, чем в аэропорту. По всем вопросам о достопримечательностях и ресторанах где вкусно кормят, нам рассказали. Хотели поехать на экскурсию на водопады, которую Нана нам советовала и уже почти договорилась с экскурсоводом, но не смогли, тк были в Батуми по делам и не могли выкроить целый день для отдыха. Вообщем всё очень понравилось, отель в центре старого города, до всех объектов рукой подать. И очень доброжелательный персонал. Спасибо им огромное за такую встречу. По делам приезжаем в Батуми 3 раза в год, обязательно у них остановимся, когда приедем не в сезон. В сезон в Батуми очень шумно и много народу на пляже, поэтому летом обычно едем в частный сектор за город.

Прекрасное расположение - душевные улицы, невероятная атмосфера старого города. На ресепшене приятный администратор, готова помочь по любым вопросам.
Комната большая, балкон, чудесный вид на город. В номере был чайник, холодильник, фен.
Сам город великолепен, хочется вернуться.

Cons:

Недостатки не искали, наслаждались отдыхом.

The front desk staff was very nice, the room was clean, and everything was good.

Cons:

Everything is good, except that the floor is very slippery when wearing slippers after taking a shower. I was very careful but I almost fell. I also hope to get the wifi working. There is no signal at night.
