A Great Place to Stay
Pros:

Great place to stay with friendly staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. No complaints at all. Love that you can get free hot supper AND breakfast. A great savings that makes this place even better value.

Disappointed, but I wish y’all well……..
Pros:

Stayed here many times with no issues, however on this last stay the swimming pool & hot tub was is severe need of a lil maintenance, for lack of a better term is was gross, as a swimming pool & hot tub owner I do realize the enormity of the task! But I can’t see spending the kind of money on y’all, if this issue is not addressed, plenty of other properties out there……

Cons:

After 10 hours on the road, looking forward to a lil kick back, a nice warm shower & a nice session in the hot tub, followed by a refreshing lap in the pool, all was perfect till I got to the pool area…….. freaking gross the hot tubs filter was sooo clogged it took minutes to even bubble once & there was a film on top of the swimming pool that reminded me of our horse trough….not to mention the construction workers drinking beers & vaping who knows what & were there for the whole 40 minutes I wasted waiting my 15 minute turn….

Buddy & Ceirra at the front desk were Awesome! The Dining & Breakfast team were Amazing!!
Pros:

The Breakfast was great with a lot of selections to choose from!! The Breakfast staff was amazing!! The front desk team were so friendly and helpful! We didn't pass one associate in the hallways who did not greet us with a smile and ask us how are our stay was going!! We were there for a funeral service and they made us feel very welcomed!! Thank you to the whole TEAM!!!!!

Cons:

Nothing! Everything was great! From the front desk team to the dining team and anyone who passed us in the halls; greeted us with a smile and asked how was our stay and did we need anything!! LOVE THAT!!

Overall I would recommend this location for its cleanliness, flexibility, and easy parking.
Pros:

The room was very clean. The location was easy to spot from when we arrived. There was plenty of parking and the instructions to get checked in after hours were clear on the front lobby window. The staff was quick to respond even with a late night arrival.

Cons:

Our room's water temperature in the shower was lukewarm at best. It was noticably different from the faucet temperature. Also, we were traveling to pick up a pet. We were supposed to be charged one night of the pet fee but instead we were charged for two nights.

The free different appetizer every night from 530 to 7. Also free drinks . Nice inside pool, and redid hot tub.. free breakfast too
