THE WALLS AND CEILING ARE PEELING AND NEED PAINT
THE BED IS OLD AND COMPLETELY UNCOMFORTABLE

There’s no refrigerator, the rooms are tiny, and there’s no elevator, so you’ll be dragging your luggage up the stairs. The phone in the room didn’t work. I even asked for an extension cord so I could plug in my Chromecast/Chrome TV, and that didn’t work either.

Customer service is terrible, and they didn’t give me the Wi-Fi password at check-in, so I had no internet. This place feels like a disaster for a hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

To be fair, the tile in the room and shower is actually nice, and they do provide two complimentary bottles of water along with two coffee cups. But there’s no coffee pot or kettle to actually make coffee, which makes the cups pretty much useless. And like many places in Southeast Asia, there’s no door between the shower and toilet, so the entire bathroom gets soaked every time you shower — still baffling.

Overall, the few small positives don’t make up for all the problems. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

I was out most of the time due to work. Therefore it is good to have a clean place to sleep and shower.

I was out most of the time. I cannot put my medicines or any fruits I bought to put in the fridge. So I asked the staff
