Wouldnt have paid a premium to stay had I know the pool couldnt be used

Cons:

Overall not upkept. Poinsettas in dingroom ( in April), advertised with a pool(main reason I booked there)..empty..lobby and patio not clean

Pros:

Very well kept, clean facilities and rooms. Close to the Canyon de Chelly visitor center and rim drives. Would highly recommend (slept very well!)

Cons:

There is a small restaurant located in hotel but not open 24/7 and you'll need to drive about 10 minutes away from hotel for other food/dining options (mostly mini-marts and fast food). But certainly not a deal breaker if you plan accordingly

You are our first choice when booking and I expect a refund.
Pros:

Close to the canyon Fitness room was ok.

Cons:

Staff greeted us with “no outside drinks in the restaurant”. We had finished protein shakes and just looking for a place to throw the bottles away. We had the overpriced breakfast.

Turned on the heat and it set off the smoke alarm.


Chairs and carpets were badly stained.

Entrance is poorly signed and poorly lit. Several arriving guests were lost trying to check in.


Three stray dogs around our car when trying to pack to leave.

Great place to stay when visiting Canyon de Chelly in Chinle
Pros:

I love the layout of our room. The location of the hotel to Canyon de Chelly is perfect.

Cons:

The function room is a bit small for our group and the TV screen is small and outdated already.
