Pros:

The staff was very attentive to my needs and that of my travel partner. He accidentally fell while bringing in our luggage.
Both the manager (Cathy) and the receptionist were most helpful in rendering first aid assistance and following up on his condition.

Cons:

Since everything was fine, I can't offer any suggestions at this time. I look forward to returning in January for my next stay.

Clean and very affordable, we will stay there again if life brings us back to the area.
Pros:

Our room was nicely decorated and very clean, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, the continental breakfast was wonderful - it’s by far the best free continental breakfast we’ve ever experienced in a hotel. We were only there for one night, so we really didn’t get to experience other amenities such as the exercise room and pool.

Cons:

The only negative we experienced was the coffee! Only roasts available were decaf and bold and there was no flavored syrup or creamers. In the big scheme of things, those are minor!

Good breakfast. Well maintained by staff.

Cons:

Having not been there before, didn’t understand the lower levels connection to original building. Signage would help if folks come in the lower levels directing them to original building. Parking is mostly lower level. We ended up going back outside and walking up the hill and didn’t have to.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

If you are looking for a clean hotel with friendly staff and a great breakfast, look no further. We were here for two days and every person we encountered was very friendly. Especially Ms Mary from house keeping. She checked on us as soon as we walked onto her floor and anytime she saw us. Our room had a mini fridge and microwave which were spotless. Breakfast was delicious. Eggs, bacon, biscuits, bagels, cereal, milk, juice and fresh fruit. We will be staying here again.

Stay for the room, no real amenities
Pros:

Clean, well appointed rooms/lobby area in an off-the-road location. However, there are very few full service restaurants within walking distance, and the continental buffet breakfast could have been the worst food experience ever! Too bad, because the front desk staff was exceptional.
