Das Hotel ist veraltet.
Pros:

Das einzig gute bei dem Hotel war die Größe der Zimmer und der nette Mann beim Check-in. Es war sehr nett gemeint und wir bekamen zwei gegenüberliegende Zimmer mit Whirlpool. Wir entschieden uns für die linke Seite was keine gute Entscheidung war.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war das letzte Zimmer auf der Linken Seite und wir hatten den ganzen Tag und die halbe Nacht ein piepen im Zimmer das wir kaum schlafen konnten. Wir haben an der Rezeption Bescheid gegeben aber es kam niemand. Mein Mann hat am nächsten Morgen gesehen das der Technikraum vom Fahrstuhl hinter unserem Zimmer war und immer wenn ein Gast den Aufzug benutzt hat war in unserem Zimmer ein piepen zu hören.
Die Einrichtung in den Zimmern ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und in unserem Whirlpool lagen nasse Handtücher über dem Abfluss die auch am nächsten Tag nicht entfernt wurden.
Dann war da auch noch ein Mann der um 9 Uhr in die Hände klatschte um das Frühstück zu beenden. Die Auswahl war schon eine Katastrophe aber als der dann noch in die Hände Klatschte waren wir sprachlos!!!

Five Star. Comfortable rooms and exceptional hospitality.
Pros:

Our check-in was quick and easy. Dee checked us in and provided an abundance of information around town. Dee was very friendly and helpful with some vending problems we had with the card scanner.
The mornings were just as friendly with David hosting the breakfast area. Breakfast was stocked with many delicious options. I think my favorite was the cinnamon roll flavored waffle batter.

The staff was very friendly and tried to go above and beyond to help make our stay great really appreciate them
Pros:

Everything was great staff was friendly. Just wish we had a plug for the tub, but the staff did try to find one. They just didn’t have the right size. Other than that, our stay was great.

Cons:

Nothing it meant all of my expectations
