Clean, comfortable, great pool, location and staff.
Pros:

Everyone was very nice, pool was excellent and I loved that they had pool toys & towels available. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great!

Was clean in spite of being a dated hotel. The breakfast was great and beds were confortable.

Cons:

Air conditioner didn't work well. Our room faced west and was hot in the late afternoon until late into the night.

We will be staying here again when we come for our next cruise.
Pros:

The property is very clean and the staff is friendly. The room’s A/C worked really well and it was mid July so that was great. The bedding was crisp and cool and white with no spots. The breakfast was hot and nice selection.

Cons:

The building is worn and old but well maintained and clean. The breakfast room fills up quick but the staff were quick to keep everything filled.

Rooms were very big. 2 to 3 times the size of any other hotel I have been in.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. They did a wonderful job. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. While in the pool, staff came to offer refreshments and snacks. They were very accommodating.

Cons:

The place smelled like mold and mildew. It is an older hotel that needs an upgrade pretty bad. The 2nd floor had air purifiers every 25 feet in the hall, which gave my 6 year old bumps and helps all over his face, chest and back. He broke out as soon as we got in the hotel room.

Family Welcoming Environment
Pros:

It was a very nice breakfast with a lot of options. I did not think about searching for breakfast elsewhere. It was also very convenient to NASA, Kemah Boardwalk and a short distance to Galveston but best of all, the customer service was OUTSTANDING!!!!!!! When we were told they treat everyone like family, they did not lie! The manager and staff were beyond welcoming. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend for everyone to stay there!

visita puerto Houston y terminales.
Pros:

ubicación cercana al Puerto de Houston y con actividades como visita a NASA cerca.

tiene otros atractivos cuando vas a esa zona aunque honestamente esta lejos del aeropuerto y de otros atractivos en houston... nos llevo a tener trayectos de 1 hora o más para llegar a algunos destinos.

Cons:

la limpieza podría estár mejor. buscar algún aromatizante... los pasillos huelen mucho a sudor...

y el hotel tiene un cierto descuido y está sucio en algunas zonas.
