Hotel has a brilliant location, but too industrial.
Pros:

This is the largest hotel I have stayed at and would probably now choose a smaller one, as certain things were just a bit too industrial.

The location is absolutely fantastic and there are some nice restaurants nearby.

We arrived at 12.30 am and the lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful, as were all the staff we dealt with.

We had a corner room on floor 22, which had a brilliant view. It was a nice room, 2 single beds were pushed together, the beds and quilts were very comfortable. The room was very quiet.

Please be aware that the bathroom has a glass wall, so you need to slide the curtain over for privacy.

I wasn't a fan of the white button system for having your room cleaned. It was after 11am before I pressed it (we actually couldn't find it, but it was on the mirror in the bathroom!), meaning we had to wait a further 2 days before it was cleaned. I asked Reception for clean towels and these were brought up very quickly.

I have read a lot of good reviews about the breakfast, but I was very disappointed in it. I always prefer a hot breakfast, but the eggs were horrible. It was like cutting a hard cake to get some, apart from the first morning when they were lovely and soft. The rashers of bacon were mainly just greasy fat and very little bacon. There were no croissants or pastries, it was just bread and rolls. A lot could be done to improve this, but the hotel is catering for so many guests and this really makes it feel very industrial.

Super fin beliggenhed og et ganske fint hotel. Morgenmadsbuffetem var ok, men værelset var alt for varmt.

Fantastisk placering og et fint hotel med gode værelser

Cons:

Vi boede på 5 sal og oplevede at det var meget varmt på hotelværelset. I materialerne står
der aircondition, men da vi ringede ned i receptionen og spurgte til netop det, fik vi at vide at der var ventilation men at vi ikke kunne regulere temperaturen.

Upgrade erhalten. D.h. Höheres Stockwerk mit mega Aussicht.
Gutes Restaurant. Preislich im Vergleich gut.

Cons:

Personal am Frühstücksraum wenig freundlich. Wenig Abwechslung am Frühstücksbuffet.
Aussichtsplattform oben nicht gemütlich, dazu kostet es 6 Euro extra.

Отличный отель для командировок — удобное расположение, чистые номера и быстрый Wi-Fi. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый, завтрак сытный, всё необходимое для работы есть.

Cons:

Но был искренне удивлён: ванна (душевая) находится прямо в номере, у кровати, без какого-либо отделения — это для меня настоящий шок. Плюс полное отсутствие шкафа для одежды, что считаю абсолютным минимумом для любого отеля. Руководству есть над чем подумать.

Great location, but the noise and water temperature issues affected the overall experience.

Cons:

The shower water temperature was inconsistent, sometimes hot and sometimes cold. There also seemed to be an issue with the heating system. In addition, the doors slam loudly, which made the room quite noisy.

Kurze Geschäftsreise
Pros:

Sehr gutes Hotel in bester Lage - mit beeindruckender Aussicht. Zimmer sind zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber immer noch sehr gut - alles ist da. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr Umfangreich und sehr gut. Auch ausreichend Platz - ist ja auch ein sehr großes Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Manches im Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollte einmal Überarbeitet werden.
