Great location directly beside uber station and train station. Hotel rooms are very functional, practical and clean. Ideal for business traveller. Staff were very friendly and professional.

Trotz vieler Gäste eine sehr gute Basis für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Berlin.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgesprochen reichhaltig. Für jeden Geschmack gab es hinreichend Angebote. Hervorzuheben waren die Köche in jedem der beiden Speisesäle, die vor allem Eier in jeder gewünschten Variante mit freundlichen Worten sehr zügig produzierten. Auch das übrige Personal im Frühstücksbereichl habe ich jedem Tag und zu Stoßzeiten als sehr freundlich und zügig auf Wünsche eingehend erlebt, auch das in beiden Speisesälen.

Sehr gut hat mir auch gefallen, dass das Einchecken schon vor Anreise digital möglich war und mir ein Schlangestehen erspart blieb. Lediglich bei der Ankunft im Hotel hatte ich bei der Benutzung des technischen Gerätes im Eingangsbereich ein kleines Problem. Ein versierter Hotelmitarbeiter hat mir sehr schnell geholfen sodass ich schnell im Zimmer war vorbei an vielen Gästen, die die technischen Hilfen nicht genutzt hatten. Ohne gewisse Grundkenntnisse oder Erfahrung bedarf es aber personeller Hilfe.
