It was ok. Convenient to see Bentleyville lights. The shuttle was Convenient.
Pros:

The breakfast was one of the best. So many options.

Cons:

We had a king suite, but it was adjoining. The people in the adjoining room were extremely loud and obnoxious. Slamming doors.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had, and we will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The location was perfect and close to most of the things our family wanted to do in Duluth. The hotel was BEAUTIFUL. We loved the flowers all over the property and enjoyed the porches and back patio with a view of the lake. The kids loved the pool and had fun swimming several times during our stay. We got caught in a rainstorm one day and were happy to see the hotel had a laundry facility where we could dry our clothes (for a few quarters). We enjoyed the breakfast every morning and ate well before we ventured out each day.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like.

We enjoyed our stay. Duluth is a favorite destination of ours. It is too expensive to visit yearly.
Pros:

Breakfast/s were good. Location was great. Rooms were really, really cramped.

Cons:

The obstructed view of the lake with the support beam going directly across the part of the window where you look at the lake when sitting down was extremely poorly planned. I am confined to a wheel chair and was unable to see the lake/ships from our room, My husband and my son could see because they are much taller and could stand to look out the window.

Don’t pass up this hotel!!
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room was spotless and didn’t smell like your usual musty hotel room, view was amazing, beds were comfortable. Lobbies, pool area and breakfast bar were very clean and maintained.
Breakfast meal was always great, hot and fresh and plenty of options.
Location is perfect, very close to all shops on canal park and many restaurants.
Well worth any price.

Cons:

Didn’t like that we had to leave! This will definitely be the go-to hotel anytime I come back to Duluth.
