Pros:

Great location! We had a very well located room on the first floor, quickly accessible to breakfast, lobby, etc. Loved being so close to the lift bridge and all the shops, restaurants

The main reason I booked this hotel was for the swimming pool for my grandchildren. The pool was not working at any time during our stay. Huge disappointment!!!!!

Cons:

I didn't like that for paying 600 bucks I night I still had to fill out a request for room service to clean my room. Unbelievable ! Of course I want my room cleaned! I thought that was ridiculous. Also, they did not have a wine bottle opener in the room. I had to walk all the way down to the front desk to open a bottle of wine. I get that people steal them and it's annoying but I think you should make an exception for the rooms that are paying 600 bucks a night. I can totally understand for an average room
