Pros:

Staff is excellent. Hotel is very clean. Location was perfect. Cozy, quaint, comfortable. There was a young lady working in the dining area during the breakfast hours who was very friendly, attentive, and checked in on our table. She asked about our meal and our stay. She even added a little light comedy. Totally enjoyed her. What a sweetheart. I will be bringing my lady crew back for a girls trip very soon.

Pros:

Our room was very clean and had the best views of the lake. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast with a lot of options. Pool/hot tub area was clean. The location was perfect and within walking distance of many bars and restaurants.

Cons:

Breakfast was very busy on Saturday morning and there was no where to sit and eat so we, along with many others, were taking our breakfast to our rooms. This was not a big deal but more seating would have been helpful.

May only stay again during a week day.
Pros:

It was clean and comfortable and staff helpful to change our room. Great location.

Cons:

The walls and floor were so thin we could hear too much. Our room was above the continental breakfast eating area and could hear every chair being slid on the floor. Plus kids running past our room yelling. Could hear talking from the lobby and pool area. The rooms in this part of the hotel need some soundproofing. When moved to new room, kids were running past rooms knocking on our door. Plus other doors. Not really the hotel fault but poor parenting. Still annoying.

Cons:

The scheduler was rude, curt, and dishonest that I could not get a better price than he offered, when I went to booking.com the price was over $100 less.
