Very nice hotel with excellent location.
Pros:

The room was very spacious and the location is excellent for walkability to surrounding restaurants and the beach. There were a lot of options at breakfast.

Cons:

There was nothing about the hotel itself I didn't like. I wish we wouldn't have been next to the "neighbors" we had, but again, that's nobody's fault.

Lift Bridge Lodge - an upscale experience in Duluth MN
Pros:

The hotel exceeded my expectations in almost every regard, particularly due to its fantastic location. Situated right by the stunning shores of Lake Superior, it offered breathtaking views that were especially captivating during the early morning hours. Even though it was April, the crisp air and the serene atmosphere made watching the sunrise a truly memorable experience.

The hotel amenities were also impressive. I spent some enjoyable moments relaxing in the pool and hot tub, which provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploration. The breakfast served was delightful, featuring a variety of options that were both tasty and satisfying. One of the best parts was that the dining area didn't feel overcrowded.

Overall, my stay was both enjoyable and rejuvenating, making it a truly great getaway! for a weekend jaunt with my elder sister.

Cons:

I wish I could have stayed longer; the property was lovely, and I would have liked to enjoy the view more. My only complaint is that the hot tub needed to be warmer for that time of year, and the price seemed about $75 per night too high for mid-April when there weren't many activities in Canal Park.

We discovered the Duluth Canal Cam 4 years ago and have come back every year since, Loved everything
Pros:

All staff are very friendly. We loved our beautiful room overlooking the lake. The room was very spacious and we just love this hotel. We will most definitely come back next year, and we won’t consider any other hotel. We were very comfortable there. Love having my morning coffee on the balcony

Great and comfortable place.
Pros:

Beautiful location. Large corner room with wrap around balcony and view of the Lift Bridge. Shower larger than ours at home plus jacuzzi tub. Convenient to many shops and restaurants. Good breakfat at the hotel.

Very nice. Beds were not to comfortable, very lumpy.
Pros:

Breakfast was great with lots of options. Coffee was really good!

Cons:

Beds were a little uncomfortable. Did not know you need to contact desk or whomever to have housekeeping. When asked the desk person said we needed to see the sign on the back if the door which was covered by the do not disturb sign. Also the message I was texted stated what housekeeping items they do but nothing about having to contact them about wanting new towels, trash removed etc. Or at check-in it should have been mentioned.
