地下鉄のサウスケンジントン駅の目の前にあり、界隈はレストランやカフェなども多くとても便利でした。
お部屋は天井が高く、広々としていました。
Close to South Kensington tube and handy for the Albert Hall. Lovely period hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly helpful staff.
They have changed from a wonderful à la carte breakfast to a buffet breakfast which is nice but just not the same experience.
Location, room great size, air conditioning a must and staff excellent
en la habitacion que nos dieron se escuchaba el paso del subte, muy molesto
The staff make this hotel along with the beautiful soft furnishings and pretty bathroom extras and Penhaligon toiletries
Nothing to dislike
El personal y la ubicación
La habitación un poco pequeña
Everything was perfect. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Gabriel what a lovely guy!
Stunning room (suite); friendly and efficient staff; the bed was amazingly comfortable and the bedding was gorgeous! The amenities in the room were excellent - personalised and stylish. The room was large and the decor amazing.
I think I just ordered the wrong size room. I have stayed at this property before and love the location. The service is impeccable!
Room was small.
The staff were very helpful the hotel was beautiful and great brekfest
Location.
Comfortable room. Nice bathroom. View over the street which was great.
There was a constant noise of water running, gurgling or the air conditioning was noisy ? Not enough to keep us awake but it was annoying.
Right in the middle of all the action with free museums/parks and Kensington Gardens/Palace nearby, and a tube station across the street. Everything from the front desk to housekeeping to the excellent concierge staff (Thank you Gabriel and Thomas) was fantastic.
We had a clean room, comfy bed, quiet and safe. We felt well taken care of every day.
Two slight negatives, but easily forgiven and forgotten were that: The room had a window, but only a view of a brick wall and some pigeons. And that we didn’t know until our checkout that there was going to be an optional daily tip on the bill for all staff for each day of the stay. When you find this out at checkout, it’s awkward and you don’t want to seem ungrateful and not pay it so we did.
As a designer I very much appreciated the high quality of design in every room and public space. Very elegant and very thoughtful. And the location is excellent.
I have no complaints. I liked it all.
Stunning british style of the bedroom, handy mini fridge, AC, old school english beautiful bathroom and excellent location.
It was also nice to have an espresso machine in the room.
Thoughtful cleaning and kind staff.
A minor detail but there was a lot of pigeons staying by the windows and making noise
Nice location and very comfortable
