Tasteful, convenient & beautiful rooms near South Kensington tube station
Pros:

Tasteful elegant interiors, soft comfortable bed and large bathroom with great amenities. The check-in was seamless & we are allowed in a bit earlier than expected.

Cons:

Slightly dark lighting.

Great location, super clean, but the bed wasn't great
Pros:

Location wise, it was great for the musuems, and we had a top floor room, with excellent rooftop views. Any despite being quite central, it was very quiet at night. The room was absolutely spotless, and for people who like to sleep in a cool room, the windows opened, and the heating was fully adjustable. The towels were very fluffy and a good size, and the bedding was crisp and clean.

Cons:

The bed itself was odd. Very bouncy, almost like jelly, so any slight movement reverberated throughout the bed. The mattress was so sagged in the middle that I had to sleep on the extreme edge.

There are better hotels in the area for the price
Pros:

Great location. Clean property. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast service was incredibly slow, food was ok but nothing special. For the cost of a one night stay in a “junior suite”, expected more. Just a large bedroom rather than a suite in our view. Hardly any tea/coffee supplies.

Perfect stay
Pros:

The staff were great and helped with our luggage.
We only booked a cosy room but it had plenty of space for 2 and was towards the back of the hotel.
Really comfy bed, robes and soft pillows.

Cons:

De locatie was prima en de ambiance was ook goed.

Cons:

De prijs van een junior suite is naar verhouding van wat je krijgt aangeboden veel te hoog. Het is een middenklasse hotel met enkele dure suites, maar de service is afgestemd op de middenklasse. De suite was klein en een douche in een bad is niet wat ik verwacht had. De matrassen waren zo zacht dat je er in wegzonk en de opbergkastje waren een beetje weggemoffeld in hoekjes.
