Зимняя сказка!
Pros:

У отеля на сегодняшний день два корпуса, соединённые подземным переходом - мы жили во втором. Номер выглядел опрятно, со свежим ремонтом, хорошей сантехникой. Был мини-холодильник и даже чайник с приветственным чайно-кофейным набором, хотя в описании номера его не было. Очень приятный сюрприз! :) Единственное, что набор не обновлялся и чашки не менялись, но это не страшно.
В феврале в номере была вполне комфортная температура. Окна не открывались, работала батарея и плюс к этому ещё имелось ненавязчивое центральное кондиционирование воздуха, так что было и не слишком жарко, и не холодно!
Хорошая звукоизоляция.
Бесплатный чай/кофе из кофемашины в лобби, хорошо спланированные зоны для сидения: и в холле, и в ресторане.
Место очень красивое, у набережной, вид из окна замечательный! Очень удобное расположение относительно всех туристических объектов в городе. Прямо у отеля автобусная остановка (без крыши и скамейки, просто дорожный знак), на столбе прикреплено расписание городских автобусов. "Аэропорт Экспресс", "Санта Экспресс", автобус в Рануа, автобус №8 в Деревню Санты - все останавливаются там, это очень удобно!

Cons:

Самое неожиданное и посему отлично запомнившееся - это, конечно, процедура заселения. Нужно было заполнять некий бланк со всеми своими личными данными! Как в Советском Союзе! Также нужно было приложить к терминалу свою кредитную карту - и это при полной предоплате бронирования! Очень странная и безумно долгая процедура! Никогда ещё с таким не сталкивались!
Коммуникация до заезда была сомнительной: на письмо по электронной почте так никто и не ответил, а ответ на вопрос с Букинга занял у отеля несколько дней.
В номере не было стола, хотя был заявлен. Да и вообще, очень мало было поверхностей для хранения вещей. Стульев не было, только одно кресло (в номере для двоих). Не было сухого мыла, только универсальное мыло-шампунь и кондиционер для волос в диспенсерах. В урны почему-то никогда не вставляли мусорные пакеты - это и неудобно, и негигиенично. Скажем прямо, странное решение. Также в номере было довольно пыльно - сложилось впечатление, что пыль там вообще никогда не вытирали.
Что касается переходов между корпусами и входом/выходом из зданий, то в них на самом деле нет ничего сложного, и мы быстро приспособились, но изначально, по приезде, мы, конечно, сильно запутались! Хотелось бы более подробных и конкретных разъяснений при регистрации - может, даже какой-нибудь буклетик. Ключ-карту нужно прикладывать ну просто везде (даже в лифте), и это не очень очевидно. Посему то, как мы пытались с чемоданами добраться до своего номера во втором корпусе - это целый анекдот! Как пользоваться различными автоматами в ресторане, тоже пришлось подглядывать сначала у бывалых)) Также довольно странно, что в номере не оказалось приветственного буклета с информацией - за паролем от вай-фая, например, нам пришлось опять из второго корпуса возвращаться на ресепшен (телефона в номере нет).

Nous avons dû demander au bout de 4 jours de faite le ménage et changer les serviettes alors que nous avons payé très cher la suite ….
Il y a une salle à manger énorme avec une grande table pour manger mais rien pour cuisiner ou manger

Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, umfang- und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, wenn auch etwas langsam beim Check-in. Check-out hat wesentlich besser und schneller funktioniert. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Der noch nicht renovierte Teil des Hotels ist in die Jahre gekommen, da stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr so ganz, auch wenn die Hotelpreise in Rovaniemi im Winter generell sehr hoch sind.

Après avoir réservé mon séjour sur booking pour 2 chambres la réception me dit qu’il n’y a qu’une seul chambre de disponible; j’insiste donc, finalement c’est un problème technique et il me font re payer une chambre supplémentaire;
J’explique que j’ai déjà été débité par booking pour 2 chambres; mais la réceptionniste ne veut rien entendre;
Aujourd’hui plus d’un mois après mon séjour je n’ai toujours pas été remboursé de la chambre débité en trop;
Attention à vous il s’agit d’une arnaque !!!!
