The price is well worth it. Restaurant / bar is great. Staff is all friendly. Location is awesome. Hotel provides rides into town. Downtown is a short walk away.
It was very clean. The staff was great. At the reception, Seth offered outstanding service. He was courteous, accommodating and sooo kind. The kitchen staff was friendly, hardworking and kind and prepared great drinks. The hotel manager was exceptional, friendly and focused on improving the guests stay. Thank you to all.
Choice of food was limited. All meat and essentially bar food. The room had a strong musty smell that was hard to tolerate, but is was VERY clean.
To small you can’t fit inside bathroom there was blood on the carpet wifi didn’t work staff was rude parking sucked over all a awful hotel

The attached cafe- the Social Kitchen and Bar- had a great little live music group on a Saturday night. The group played blue-grass, western country music. The cafe itself was mostly a bar, and the cafe menu was hindered by minimal staffing. The food was good, but nothing to write home about. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.
I understand why The Sage does not offer a shuttle getting from the SAF airport to the hotel, but that would have been a great plus. Taxi or Uber-type service is $50+ bucks.
Our room was initially clean.
More staff, have a backup plan for staff callouts, address the tip money taken from the room without cleaning or replacing supplies.

The older gentleman from Texas was very pleasant and patient! Also very clean for dogs
I had ran into some issues while staying here. I was quoted 200$ less when I booked then when I went to check in, I tried asking the gentleman for a brake down of the charges to see why it was so high and he just kept saying “You’ll get one at check out” Come to find out the booking was wrong and they charged me for 3 dogs instead of one! Now I have to wait 3-7 business days for that refund…
I also had requested room service, which never came. And the dine in option was also unavailable but no one told us till we called 30 minutes after the delivery time to be told “Come get it we’re busy”
I was charged for 2 rooms when I only booked 1 room. When I arrived the attendant, noted there where to reservations under my name. I conformed only only reservbed one room for one person. However, he refused to deleted the second reservation, clainming since I didn't have the reservation confirmation it might be for someone with the same name (Highly unlikely). I called my credit card company, they confirmed that I had a pending charge for a room and a separate charge to the hotel. I brought this up to the front desk and drafted an email. They refused to cancell the second booking and charge me for 2 rooms!
