Nice accessible room and clean
The footsteps from 2nd floor is loud . Room insulation and sound bufer not so good. iNot good for light sleeper like me.
Breakfast was amazing and the hotel was a short walk from the downtown. There were several areas around the property where you could sit and work. It was also around the corner from WholeFoods and a couple of wonderful cafes. Loved these aspects about the hotel and would come again if getting a 2nd floor room. The rooms are very comfortable. The hotel is well placed and staff were wonderful.
We were in a downstairs room and the people upstairs were walking loudly all hours of the night. I am not normally bothered by this sort of thing but it was stomping on the floor and dropping things that sounded like they were in the room with you. There's very little insulation between the upstairs and downstairs rooms that might be handled with a carpet? Or not staying on the first floor. If we'd been able to sleep consecutive nights, I would have given this stay a 9!
We liked the free shuttle to any spot in the city whenever we needed.

The team member working the front desk upon our arrival was very friendly and made great recommendations. The restaurant on-site had great tasting food, and the drinks were absolutely amazing. The bartender/waiter was very nice, professional, and expedient with our order. The area felt very safe to walk around, and the rooms were very quiet.
The place could use some updates.
The bathroom door definitely needs to be replaced, due to the inside part peeling away whenever the door was opened or closed, more likely due water damage.
Hot water at the sink did not work.
The hotel clerk was very pleasant and they had a nice place to sit down and eat.
It was fully booked so they gave me a room right next to the stairway. It felt a little less private psychologically, but I did get a good night's sleep.
