Cons:

I was charged for 2 rooms when I only booked 1 room. When I arrived the attendant, noted there where to reservations under my name. I conformed only only reservbed one room for one person. However, he refused to deleted the second reservation, clainming since I didn't have the reservation confirmation it might be for someone with the same name (Highly unlikely). I called my credit card company, they confirmed that I had a pending charge for a room and a separate charge to the hotel. I brought this up to the front desk and drafted an email. They refused to cancell the second booking and charge me for 2 rooms!

When making reservation make sure you will not have a room that is next to a homeless person
Pros:

Check in was great front desk clerk was great. breakfast was great the property was clean and well maintained/place to walk then dogs

Cons:

At or around 10pm my wife and I were getting ready for bed, room 104 had the tv on to loud. My wife and I did pack some ears plugs. At 3am I woke up to go to the bathroom and room 104 still had the tv on to loud. I called the front desk and was told she was going to call up room 104, after 15 minutes tv did not turn off, I then got dressed and went and spoken to the front desk clerk and stated the tv was still on. The clerk again called up room 104 and still no answer. It seemed the clerk was not going to check into this further. at or around 3:30 to 3:45am I went and knocked on the window "loudly" a straggly hr. homeless looking person opened the door. The TV was turned down. My wife and I were able to get some sleep. That morning, I spoke to the morning hotel front desk clerk and explained what happened, she was going to have janitorial look into this. Before leaving the person in rm 104 came out "Homeless Person" It seem the Sage is receiving Vouchers from the Homeless to stay at the Sage Hotel the hotel was not busy the parking lot we were in was practically empty Why did we have a room next to a homeless person that made are stay very disappointing.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean. Was a wonderful stay! The rooms are a bit small so take that into consideration if you have a big group.

Fair stay, but doubt I’ll be coming back.
Pros:

The staff was so lovely and the decor very cute.

Cons:

The room smelled awful, it was hard to sleep. It smelled old, stuffy, and a bit moldy.
