Disappointed
Pros:

The hotel was clean and in a great location where we could walk to many things.

Cons:

We were charged a $25 fee after we left the hotel. We called to ask about it and they were able to provide us with very little information other than saying there was a “stain” on the linens. The front desk person said they would look into it because there were no other notes, but she never called back to give us more information. We had no idea what they were referring to because the linens all seemed fine when we left and we did not eat or drink on the beds. We were very disappointed to be hit with this fee at the end after we had already left and had limited ability to argue it, especially since they had no notes on what the “stain” was so we weren’t even sure what they were referring to.

If this had been a fancy hotel, I might have understood that they had high standards and maybe we spilt something and didn’t realize it, but this was a very average, unimpressive hotel.

Schöne Zeit
Pros:

Das Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse Recht gut.
Restaurant am Abend war auch gut,es gibt jeden Tag Sonderangebote.
In der Nähe ca 300 Meter gibt es eine gute Bäckerei,die auch sage heißt.
Die Dame an der reception war sehr hilfsbereit.
Es gab einen kostenlosen chatelbus zur placa von Santa Fe,den sollte man nutzen.sehr schöne Stadt.
Der Pool war auch sehr gut und nicht so kalt.

Not great. It feels like a cheap hotel. Walls are very thin, a/c is loud, lights are dim.

There was no water or milk available. Utensils were in open bins which is not sanitary- especially since the hand sanitizer dispensers were all empty.
