There was a large gap at the bottom of the door which permitted a great deal of noise to come into the room. Both my wife and I found it difficult to sleep while other guests had a lengthy and lively conversation in the hallway. Of course, the hotel cannot control guests conversations but the gap at the bottom of the door played a role. Also, essentially all of the above guest’s movements could be heard as the floor (our ceiling) loudly creaked and groaned with each step. This occurred both nights and it was somewhat challenging to sleep. Every other aspect of our stay was good. The staff was friendly. The room itself was very good. My name was also displayed on the TV screen when we arrived, which I found to be a nice touch.

The location was perfect for our stay & room was comfortable.
Pros:

No breakfast was provided.

Cons:

The assist bar in the bathroom by the toilet was mounted to low to assist in getting on and off the toilet. It was about 12 inches too low.

Good location. Convenient parking. Staff was extremely accommodating! Nice fridge and coffeemaker.

Cons:

It’s under renovation so you couldn’t enter thru main entrance. No safe in room. No shelf/cubby to put soap/shampoo on in the shower. Hot and cold water faucet plumbed backwards. Turn to left was cold and to the right was hot. No pen or pad on the desk area. Window very dirty! Heating system old, a bit noisy and too “blowy”.

Pros:

Drinks were good when the bartender made them, she was speaking to a customer for about 15 minutes while we sat waiting.

Cons:

The heat and air in the room were very inconsistent. It never stayed at a constant temperature. The thermostat always said 79 degrees the entire 3 days we were there. The bed also had a scratchy comforter that disrupted my sleep.

Nice Holiday weekend stay
Pros:

It was located near the Clackamas Towne center for Christmas shopping and very nice restaurants. The newly updated property was EXCELLENT and comfy! It allowed us ot celebrate our Nov. 24th anniversary and the start of the Christmas season.. Close to downtown and a pleasure to stay at.

Any time our electricity goes out for a night or more, we will be staying at your hotel.
Pros:

The location was perfect. The room was clean and stocked with towels, coffee pods, iron and board, shower accessories.

Cons:

The long curtains are only partial and cannot cover the pull down blind over the large window that lets in entirely too much light from the interstate on the back side of the hotel where our room was.
