That hotel was absolutely disgusting black mold in the bathroom and the door was held together with about 60 screws the smell of the room was absolutely horrible hot tub was disgusting and dirty you could see the dead skin floating at the top of the water and jets did not work and it was not hot pool seemed ok to the kids the room had no smoke detector and the hotel had cockroaches our stay was absolutely horrible and will never stay again slept half the night in the car

Cons:

Room wasn’t cleaned properly prior to stay. They made things right and was very nice. Soda machines were cash only or card didn’t work only on one machine.

Exceptional value
Pros:

The 2 pm check in was a godsend (most places don’t let you check in til 3). Staff was exceptionally friendly and competent and always available. Very clean for the age of the hotel. Super quiet at all hours. For the price, an incredible value.

I will certainly stay there again.

Everything else was good though
Pros:

Place was a good value and clean

Cons:

When I wanted to check in at 130am do to long drive the front desk person was on his cell phone with ear buds in and took him about 15 mins to acknowledge me. And the hot breakfast was cold as I don't think the warming pan worked or was turned on.

It was enjoyable 😊
Pros:

Room was very clean , breakfast was good and I enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool. TV had all the channels I liked.

Cons:

Only the thing was pop machine had wrong pop in the 7up got a mountain dew instead and had to go get a aer for the tv channel guide.

For the most part, it was good.
Pros:

It was in a convenient location and the bed was comfortable. It was clean.

Cons:

The bathroom needed updating. There were holes on the inside of the bathroom door and the tile around the bottom of the walls (under the sink) was broken in spots, which made it look dirty in those areas. The room door didn't seem to fit flush with the door frame.

Felt rushed, felt out of place like a criminal!!
Pros:

Breakfast was not replenished for guest!! Staff refused to put more biscuits and gravy out!!! Needed ticket to eat??? If went outside eating area could not get bsck in!!. Needed to show ID.

The atmophere of staff and the tension.
