Not a very comfortable stay.

The manager that was on site the night we arrived was very helpful until...

Cons:

The first room we had booked had not been cleaned , was not locked and was open to the hallway when we arrived. The manager then told us the only other room they had on the ground floor with a bathtub was an animal approved room. We chose the room without a bathtub as we were told that we would be brought a shower chair after a hour or so due to being disinfected. The manager we had spoken with then left for the night. The manager that came on duty was asked four times for the shower chair before we were told it was across the way at a different motel and would be brought to us by six or seven a.m the following morning. I am disabled and cannot use a stand in shower. I ended up using my own Walker to shower the next morning because The shower chair NEVER arrived. The hot tub did not work, which was one of the reasons we had chosen this motel. The beds were hard as rocks, i actually had a miserable night.The pillows were way way way too soft. The overnight managers boyfriend sat in the lobby all night ,which was creepy. There were socks in the closet on the ground. This, unfortunately was not a very good stay.I would not recommend this motel. If it wasn't for the helpfulness of the very first manager we dealt with , this would have been a horrible and would have gotten a zero from me. I had been at the ren fair all day.I was hot and tired all I wanted was to take a shower , soak in a hot tub and lay in a nice , comfortable bed. All of wich i never got.
