Budget accommodation in Billings
Pros:

Old style spacious and comfortable room with 2 queen beds. There was a fridge and mictowave in the room.
The shower was powerful and the wifi worked well.
Breakfast was included. Our room was quiet.
There was an indoor pool.
The location was close to a Walmart and various shops and restaurants.
Plenty of parking. The price was good.

Cons:

I found food crumbs in my bed, which meant the bed sheets had not been changed from the previous occupant. The kind Receptionist did bring me replacement bed sheets and apologised however.
General cleanliness could have been better.
The hotel never answered our questions via booking.com messenger prior to our arrival. We sent various messages at different times.
No bowls at breakfast for cereal.

I pick this hotel for the pool and it was dirty and full of chemicals the hot tub was so full of chemicals it burned the skin on my legs that was all I wanted to put in the water after it started to burn me not happy with this hotels cleaning of the pool

Adequate for sleep but very dirty room
Pros:

Air conditioning worked great and bed was comfy

Cons:

Room was very dirty. Toothpaste spray all over sink and mirror. Bathtub very dirty.

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and polite, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

We were a little disappointed that the hot tub was down and when we went to relax in the pool there were kids being crazy and splashing around with no adult supervision.

Much needed good night rest
Pros:

Rooms were very clean, but you could tell the motel certainly needed an update but at least it was clean and that was the most important thing in the bed. Very nice and helpful staff.
