The charged my card twice for a one night stay i called the management three times they said they would refund my card has not gsppen yet its been up to 14 dayz

That i reserved a double room and was given and charged for single room and my kids had to sleep on the ground

when I booked online I booked a handicap accessible room. they gave me a room on the 2nd floor and they dont have an elevator. I had to crawl up the stairs to get to get to my room and then fell coming down them.

The staff was inappropriate at check instead not great me instead told me how bad there day was and how hot it was and wanted to know if I even had a reservation and the room they checked me into the bed was dirty as if they reused the sheets , the toiled had pee all over it , hair on the floor , in the tub , the fridge and microwave were filthy they moved me to a second room saying it was because the housekeeper was new he had not been trained and none of his rooms had been checked but the next room too
Was sure to be clean it was better but still not great still very same issue just not as severe. They were not willing to do anything because I was reserved under booking .com nothing they could do nor will booking .com because I did not get the insurance . So frustrating must read the fine print so I had to clean the room after driving all day not fun and make the bed with clean linen.

TV didn’t work. When I called front desk to complain the girl that answered talked to me like I was an idiot who had never used a TV before. When I explained it was still not working she said “I could call the manager to notify maintenance but we have no maintenance people available. I could move your room but it would not be ground floor.” I explained I would try to figure it out and call back.” Messed with TV for 30min or more and still couldn’t get it to work. Went down to the front desk and there were 3 workers present I explained again what was going on and the woman that was helping me said she wasn’t the one I talked to on the phone. She was very polite and nice and stated she could give us a different room but it wouldn’t be a double bed. I said that was fine because it was just me and my husband. She magically had on just down the hall from our previous room, unlike the rude girl that I spoke to on the phone said. The girl that I spoke to on the phone was standing right there and the other gal looked at her and said you know how to grange their room right? The rude girl said yes then looked at me and said “ Once you go get your things and come back down here with the key I can get you the new room.” The nice lady looked at her and said no you can just get them the new room key and they can move their things and then bring us their old room keys. The rude girl looked like she was maybe a teenager or very young adult. Once we got into our new room there was no fridge which I needed for my dinner leftovers. There were no coffee pods for the coffee machine. There were no washcloths in the bathroom. TV worked but it was only cable and guide didn’t work so you had to flip through stations looking for something you wanted to watch. No app options on TV. Bed was very uncomfortable and I still have a sore shoulder from it. Breakfast ended at 9 when we thought it was 10.

At 10:30pm we were told the rooms were all dirty and we had to wait for an hour for a manager to come check the rooms. Then magically a room was found clean and ready. The staff was unprofessional, talking between themselves about their crazy day and being stressed out while finally checking us in.

There was no one there at the desk. when I tried to check in. There was a sign to ring bell. And kept ringing it. I waited 15 minutes or more. The lady and her other half had left the building. To the store to get something to drink. Cause it was hot. Hot tub wasn't hot. Not pool towels.

The rooms was very dirty he dog treats still there all over the floor then the night stands/floors had chocolate or shit all over them.
