The room was good, service lousy. No response to the sleepless night from all the noise in the hall.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable,the room quite spacious and we were very comfortable.
The shower was strong and plenty of water. Very relaxing. Parking was perfect, lots of spaces to choose from.
The little gift bag, included water, microwave popcorn, cookies and a yogurt bar. It was a pleasant surprise!

Cons:

We were not told that hockey teams were going to be staying there. The young people were not supervised and were running up and down the hallway and slamming doors way past 11:30pm at night. We sent a text to the front desk complaining and got no reply. We had a sleepless night and because of all the ruckus, missed the complimentary breakfast. We were not happy. When checking out, we complained to the person on the desk and were told, sorry about that.
No compensation. I am sure the hockey teams rooms were given at a much lower price that we had and feel cheated!

Wont be going back
Cons:

Room was very cold on arrival, the heater wasn’t on (23 Jan)
There had been renovations done in that room that was barely patched up.
We were 4 occupants in the room (2adults and 2 children) we had two towels. We asked to have two extra and they took back our old ones but didnt leave us with 4towels.
Breakfast was decent but we had to ask for plates and utensils and on the second day they ran out of coffee.

Stark white rooms
Pros:

Let me start by sharing the young lady at front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The care package was an added feature.
My request for a ground room floor was accommodated 2nd to last room (104) in hall…long way from breakfast. I am a senior and would have appreciated this being acknowledged and perhaps option for closer placement to facilities. The room appears to have been recently painted as evidence of paint splatters on lamps, carpet etc. the room was a stark white, no accents, paintings and had a “cold” unwelcoming feel. There was no light bulbs in bedside lamps , I managed as I removed one from the table lamp.

The room could use a deep clean…very dirty corners close to heater and in bathroom. There were no towels racks…towels were folded on counter top. I have stayed at this location many times and I recall the rooms were better appointed in the past. I appreciate that you are renovating, perhaps leave incomplete rooms for a real last minute need.
I was disappointed this visit.
