Great value for money and really friendly staff
Pros:

The positives The staff and facilities were great . Excellent dinner and breakfast .
Negatives you need more than one person on reception at busy times.there was space for two. The poor lad did a great job but was also having to answer the phone as well. Annoying as i waited 30 minutes to check in . The same applied to the rest aurant in the evening . An excellent lady was having to run the bar and see to diners and it was very busy. A bit of management required

Food at buffet was very cold and potato tots were not cooked enuff. Breakfast was not very good due to not properly being cooked. Hotel is in a rough part of town. Lots of homeless people.

The hotel rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly.
Pros:

The room was very nice, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the welcome bag of water and snacks was a bonus!

Cons:

The cosmetic appearance of the shower, it could use an update. The shower curtain should be replaced, it was stained :/

Pros:

The hotel itself and staff were great. Everyone was friendly and it had everything a standard hotel should have.

Breakfast was decent. Location is alright. You need a vehicle which I'm sure you'd realize since you are going to Sudbury.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi. Wyndham corporation charges for the Wi-Fi and you can get a free one by giving them your information to sign up as a member. It is terrible wi-fi. If you need the internet for anything I suggest looking elsewhere. At times I couldn't even load simple websites.

Hotel also has the standard Canadian hotel problem where you can hear everything outside in the hallway.

The only reason I'd look at other hotels if returning to Sudbury is the weird wi-fi rules.

Great place for a one night stay! Welcoming staff, good location and comfortable facilities

Great location, comfortable room, bed and pillows, nice breakfast.
Nice welcome bag upon arrival!

Cons:

Didn’t really love the powdered eggs at breakfast- hard boiled would have been better, or real scrambled eggs!

Great staff
Pros:

Staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a couple of minor issues, but they made our stay pleasant.

Cons:

Room had some recent renovation leaving a slight odor. Our TV would not turn on unless you unplug and plug back in. It then randomly turns off on its own. We declined the offer to move but appreciated the gesture. They still compensated us for the trouble.

Breakfast as usual like other days in I stayed. Could be more improved. Location, it your business decision, but not a suitable position to stay along with family
