Would recommend
Pros:

This hotel is in a very convenient location if you want lower cost hotel downtown. It is just a block away from the C-Train and has many restaurants within a short walk. Says to get to Stampede Grounds via c-train. Rooms are clean and pretty modern. Property is older and shows some age, but by no means in disrepair. There is free parking which is almost unheard of in downtown Calgary. Public spaces are small and only one slow elevator. Otherwise a very positive experience. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Decent, would book again.
Pros:

The Breakfast and Location was great.

Cons:

The room was strangely hot. Even after we turned off the heat. We had to use AC in January.

room size was ok

Cons:

room was dirty when i checked in, plastic cups on the floor and used tissues
bathroom was worn out
heater was noisy in the room
breakfast was awful - honestly the worst
