Superb staff!
Pros:

Location.
The staff was outta site exceptional!

Cons:

I reserved a room with two queen beds, and got shunted to a king bed suite with a sofa bed.
One of us had to sleep on the sofa bed.
I reserved two beds for a reason... Cause neither of us like sofa beds.

Great Place for an Overnight Stay
Pros:

We were upgrade to the King Suite which was a pleasant surprise and made the stay very enjoyable. The views from the room and the private patio area of downtown Calgary and the mountains in the distance were wonderful.

Cons:

The hotel is in downtown Calgary and there are a lot of street people passing trough the hotel breezeway and the above ground parking area. It doesn't feel very safe or secure. Make sure to request the underground parking.

Pros:

The hotel is well located to see the city centre.
The room was big, but the window was old and we could hear some street noise in the room during the night.
The breakfast was very good and complete with several options to choose.

Pros:

Sauberes und großes Zimmer. Parkmöglichkeit gegen Gebühr hinter dem Hotel! Wir hatten ein paar Probleme mit dem Feuermelder, aber der Mitarbeiter war sehr bemüht eine Lösung zu finden!

Cons:

Die Lage ist nicht super toll. Dazu muss man aber sagen, dass Calgary allgemein nicht so unser Fall war! :-)

“My room door lock wasn’t working properly, and I had to go down to the reception every time to report it. It was very frustrating and irritating. But one staff member was very helpful .

Cons:

Leider habe ich nicht das gebuchte Zweibett-Zimmer erhalten und musste deshalb in ein anderes Hotel ausweichen. Meine Abreise noch am Ankunftstag wurde nicht als Storno angesehen und ich musste für 4 Nächte bezahlen. Ich hätte mir eine faire Lösung erwartet.
