I got a great deal and it was a great stay.
Pros:

It was clean, modern comfortable and in the downtown core. It provided parking and was two & a half blocks from Transit. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

If I had to complain, the one elevator on site was a little slow but, for the size of the building, we didn’t wait long, even at a busy time. Also, parking may be a challenge for larger vehicles.

Disappointing how this property has declined in quality and value for customers over the past year.

Cons:

Quality of breakfast has plummeted since last year. Now have to pay for parking and still our vehicle was vandalized in the hotel parking lot, a window smashed and items stolen. All the staff could do was shrug it off. Very bad response.

Situation relativement proche du centre-ville. Appréciable du fait que les transports en commun sont limités à Calgary. Tram situé à 10 minutes de l’hôtel
