reservas un hotel pero no te dan el servicio de hotel.
Pros:

el desayuno y la ubicación

Cons:

estuvimos 2 noches, dejamos nuestra habitación a las 10:30 AM y regresamos a las 10 PM y la habitación no la habían hecho. Nos aseguramos de no haber dejado el cartel de no molestar pero nadie hizo la habitación.
Nos quejamos y nos dijeron que nos descontarían un 10% y la sorpresa ha sido que nos han descontado 12€ que corresponde al 10% de una noche y no de la estancia completa.
Este hotel al hacer el check in se aseguran de retener un importe de 100€ por si hay algún desperfecto, pero no son consecuentes cuando no hacen su trabajo. Yo no he reservado un apartamento, yo he reservado un hotel con un servicio de limpieza diaria que no han cumplido.

Great. We will use again.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. The price was reasonable. We got upgraded to a jacuzzi room. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. Staff were all pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The parking was a bit small and the ramp very steep. However, it was well plowed so it wasn't icy.

Pros:

Great downtown location, covered parking and decent breakfast

Cons:

At 9 am some one started doing floor work and banging on the top floor making the last hour not comfortable and made us leave early to get away from the noise

Free parking much appreciated
Pros:

The free parking was very useful. I didn't have a car myself, but was visited by friends who did - one on each day of my stay. The helpful reception staff gave me a pass to put in my friends' cars. Much appreciated in this busy downtown location.

Cons:

The complimentary breakfast wasn't very appetizing.
