Location and friendly staff
Not the cleanest, a bit run down. I chose the Red Lion I as I like breakfast at my hotels and it IS advertised BREAKFAST is included, however they NO longer server breakfast of any kind. Again Breakfast is NOT available. The hotel misrepresents what they offer. DISHONEST!
Location was the only upside
The room was dusty, crusty furniture and carpet. Horrible wall patching. Bathroom towels were stained and the faucets were labeled wrong. The ac or fan was not usable as the curtains blocked the air flow and if you kept them open the lighting outside would keep us up. The front desk attendant had us waiting for check in and than was rude when she approached. The room was paid for but still required a deposit which okay, but it came off as rude and with no explanations past its required. For a red lion this is not a good spot. There was a maid cart literally right outside our room as if it was being stored there. Ohhhhh and the room numbers yeah not in order…happy hunting

The proximity to the clinic we had appointments at.
There was no comfy chair in the room as there was in the other one we stayed
The room was very nice and larger than expected, it was well lit and seemed very clean. Very affordable, very nice surprise. Would definitely recommend
I loved it
The restaurant and bar were closed; no Genius breakfast. Key cards did not work for outside entrances, and their credit card reader rejected a deposit, resulting in a security alert from Visa. Shabby.
Ironically, the first question here is how was the breakfast? EXACTLY? Still looking for it as upon checkin we were told we don't serve breakfast anymore ! The whole reason we stayed there. FALSE ADVERTISING IN BOLD LETTERS AND VERBAL STATEMENT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NO BREAKFAST BUT FREE BREAKFAST ADVERTISED! Pool was filthy and the railing at the pool entry almost pulled out of the slot! Twice we returned to the hotel and we stated at the second building and the door was open creating a very dangerous security breach! This hotel is not secure and particularly unsafe for women being on their own!
Hauling kids, it was nice not to have to drag luggage very far to the room assigned. Kids loved the pool and didnt want to get out (even baby despite the coolness of the water) the coutyard was nicely landscaped.
Enough towels in bathroom. Clean, comfortable beds. Extra table room. Room was quiet from other guests.
I paid for breakfast but when I checked in they said it wasn't available anymore. I didnt expect to have to leave a $50.00 deposit when I checked in for possible damage. Hope it gets refunded soon as it was an unexpected expense.
