Great place to stay for a quick getaway

WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!
Pros:

I liked the manager on duty after I was verbally assaulted by the front desk agent she came to the rescue and made my stay bearable.

Cons:

Everything… the room wasn’t worth $180 for one night, the lobby didn’t have AC… the front desk agent was very rude, unwelcoming and unprofessional. The worst check in experience ever!!

Pros:

The hotel is in a great location. The room was very clean and had all amenities. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The mattress was broke down on one side. And luckily the other side was very uncomfortable. The other side was good and I got a good night's sleep.

the pools and outdoor space

Cons:

The age. the rooms are dated. People complained that they had broken air conditioner and ants. The hotel was fully booked and they ran out of breakfast daily within an hour.

This facility was not only old, but dirty!

The bed was uncomfortable and sagging. The bathroom was not clean. The tv was not connected to the power plug.

Excellent and we will be back.
Pros:

The staff was incredibly helpful. Everyone was friendly. Our room was spacious and so so clean. We will stay there again for sure. The breakfast was really good and the staff was helpful in that area. The price was very fair and reasonable.

Cons:

A couple of times the key didn't work getting into our room. We had to try more than once to open the door but that was minor for sure.
