Pricey
The location was perfect to get to and from the arena.
Breakfast was ok - nothing to wow about - price was a little expensive.
When I checked in I was asked about an upgrade I had looked at and told them I wasn’t interested. I was out into a supposedly upgraded room and charged for it when I said no. I did tell the front desk at check out and she was to check with the manager be get back to me via email. The upgrade was noisy as next to the spillway abd with the equipment running was a constant noise.
Remote in bedroom didn’t work - called down the first night and was told new batteries would be brought up. Never received them. There were two remotes so used the one for both TVs.
Bed was horribly uncomfortable - woke up both morning sore and tired.
For the price we were charged, we will not stay at this particular establishment again.
The location is perfect for what we were trying to accomplish.
Location was perfect for the event we were attending. And the view was beautiful from our room
There wasn't any garbage bags in our room , needed a good vacuum and dusting , other then that the room was nice.
Convenient to where we like to go.
Paying for parking. Some rooms include it, others dont.
The location was great. The staff, especially at the restaurant were super friendly and helpful.
The one thing that annoyed me was having to pay for parking.
Close to the hospital for my surgery
Nothing
Location near The Podium - easy access! Good fitness center.
all the above
nothing much its always a great stay
Decent location, walking distance to town.
The heating system in the room was not working properly in the middle of winter. Complained 3 times and were only offered a couple thin blankets. So cold I had to sleep in all my clothes. The rooms are not sound proof and we heard our neighbors all night. They charge $15 for parking in an unsecured lot which they do not state on Booking. I've stayed here before and it seems to have gone downhill over time.
The aesthetics of the lobby are amazing. Restaurant staff were great!
The room smelled bad-musty, the temperature control didn’t work so the room was way too hot and the bed was the worst I’ve ever tried to sleep on. We payed for late Check out but didn’t want to stay late so just went home. Also paying $30 for parking was ridiculous, the parking lot was empty.
