The pool area is great, and the location is pretty convenient.
We were there for 3 nights but we never got a basic room cleaning. We mentioned it to the staff multiple times but they didn’t seem to be communicating this to the right people.

Super disappointed in our stay here. For the cost, I would have expected a much better experience. Hotel and rooms were not as clean as they should be and the housekeeping staff were lacking.
Worst night of sleep in a hotel I have ever had. People running up and down the hall at 1am. People BANGING on our door periodically through the night. Air conditioner had a knocking noise every time it shut off. Paper thin walls. I had to sleep to catch a 5 am flight; so today I will not be rested at all. Absolutely no parking where we paid money to park at check in. Bed was clean and comfortable and Pool was nice.
Bed was comfortable. Pool area was nice, didn't swim due to fire and smoke.
Front desk woman was very rude, unfriendly and not helpful at all. She spoke in a route monotone voice, and sounded like she was reading word for word the "check in script" didn't ask how we were, didn't look us in the eye or smile- no warmth at all. This was during the Spokane fires and given the circumstances of people evacuating it was very disconcerting. She also misdirected us to our room. She should not be working front of house, perhaps house keeping or some other behind the scenes position where she doesn't interact with guests.
We didn't appreciate the room being an a joining room, the people next door were very loud late into the night, even waking us up a few times by banging/knocking on the wall. We have a white noise machine so we were able to mostly block out their loud voices and laughter.
Bedspread had a stain on it.
Our room was very cute, the bed was comfy and we had a great view of the city from the 9th floor. Parking was plentiful and free. Pool area was a good size with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Our drinks and food were tasty and served quickly by Laurie (who was wonderful!)
We did not have any hand towels or face cloths in our room. The room was cute but on the small side and only had 1 chair for the small table. Water pressure in the shower was weak but enough to wash our hair. The hot tub area had no staff supervision so it was full of kids jumping in and out. We didn’t use it for that reason.
Their beds were comfy
The fact they didn't have me in the system. Either it was your fault or their fault not sure but waited 45 minutes to get a room that I had paid for the week before. The restaurant service was so bad.
