The pool was nice. Room was clean. Staff was very nice and polite.
Room was tiny for a King deluxe. Bathroom was tiny and cramped with water that had a bad sulfur smell. Shower head was clogged with hard water deposits and the AC didn't work good at all. Room never got below 73 degrees. I also did not like having to pay $15 for parking and it wasn't even valet parking. Also the TV did not work. I will not stay here again.
Great location. Really good restaurant. On-site free parking.
This hotel needs to do a deep clean. There were piles of dust in the hotel room corners, and dust and cob webs in the area where you look down to the main floor as well as out of the elevators.
Location. Next to some great restaurants and the river walk. Nice pool.
Bed was uncomfortable. Gym was great except hot and in full sun in the morning. A fan would have made a huge difference.
Room, pool, room service you name it!
I love how clean and comfortable and how close it is to the park and the pool with the waterfall is amazing. Great restaurant options in the hotel as well. Very nice staff. The rooms are beautiful. The gym has great machines as well and being big and spacious.
There isn't anything that I dont like. I always stay there everytime im in town. Out of all the other places I have stayed , this is my favorite
The location and convenience of the hotel was perfect for us. We had a nice dinner at the Safari restaurant in the hotel before we walked to the Gesa pavilion to see a concert. We liked the view over the beautiful pool and trees.
The mattress was a little on the soft side for our preference but still quite comfortable.
The location on the river was amazing. We were attending graduation at the podium .
Signage was by lacking. It was difficult to find routes in the hotel
Nicely lit parking lot and great staff. Breakfast was exquisite!
Only one side of the bed with plugins. Light bulb out
Close to many places. The rooms are nice and clean.
The room cleaning schedule was late or unpredictable. We didn’t get our room cleaned while we were there. They came when we were already in the room so I just had them change towels and empty the trash.
Location
Being a part of the Davenport Collection, I was disappointed. Some areas seemed run down, not the cleanest and room service for extra items never came. Also, for a double queen they only provided a limited number of towels.
