全体的には良好。大部分の職員も親切で好意的だった。
２６年３月３１日午前５時ごろ、７日間宿泊して最終日の早朝に、チェックアウトしようとするとフロントの職員が、私のクレジットカードは使えないと言い出した。私の他のカードや家内のカードもダメ。その職員は「ほかにカードはないのか」「銀行に電話してみてください」「現金は持ってませんか」の３つを繰り返し言うだけで、それ以上の調べはしない。しばらくして他の職員が来ていろいろアドバイスして調べると、最初の職員の操作ミスだった。彼は謝ったが、一人で対応している間は、悪いのは私で自分には問題ないという態度だった。ホテルのサービスとは、客が困っていたら助けようとするものではないか。助けようとするそぶりもなく、自分が間違っていないかという調査もせず、突き放していた。このような職員の態度について、ホテルとしてどう考えるのか聞きたい。①今回の原因は何か②このような職員をフロントに配置している態勢についてどう思うのか③孫たちも連れ、飛行機の時間も迫っているのに、このような目にあって、非常に不愉快で不安だった。他の客に同様な経験をさせないために、どのような対策をとるのか。ホテルから、正式な回答が欲しい。私は１６回海外へ個人旅行をし、それぞれ２週間から１か月旅行しているので、たくさんのホテルに泊まり、時にはトラブルもあったが、こんなに客に寄り添わない職員に会ったのは初めてだ。
因みに、上記のコメントを書いてから2か月以上経ったが、その後ホテルからなんのコメントもない。これで問題ないと思っているのだろうか。
房间大，性价比高。面向杜梦湾，窗景很好看。游泳池和水滑梯很棒。员工服务不错。位置在杜梦湾最北面，人少清净。
能看出酒店很有历史了，设施比较旧但是满足需求没什么问题，空调有些吵需要耳塞。
スタッフのホスピタリティと、サンセットBBQが最高でした！海も綺麗で熱帯魚のような魚も浅瀬で見れて、とても良かったです♪滞在中にトラブルがありましたが、対応は迅速で良かったです。
小さな子供を連れての滞在でしたが、プール、海、お部屋に戻ってお昼寝、ビーチでBBQとホテル内で完結出来るので良かったです。
・夜中〜朝方までに酔った宿泊客？に何度もドアを叩かれ飛び起きフロントに電話してスタッフの方に見回ってもらいました。せっかく四つ星ホテルのプレミアルームに泊まったのですが、怖い思いをしました。他のフロアの宿泊客や、外部の人も自由に出入りでき、セキュリティが甘いです。
・小さな蟻？が部屋の水回りにいたこと。
・ラウンジの軽食の量が以前より減っていたこと。(朝はドリンクだけになっていた)

Called facility more than 5 times to advise on the situation I had with my flight but unfortunately phones not answered ss expected. Interruptions experienced caused me $$$.

ベッドメイキング、タオルなどルームサービスが毎日なかったのが残念でした。
特に歯ブラシはチューブが小さいから毎日替えがほしい。リクエストして持って来ていただくのが不便でした。
あと、シャワーした後湯がなかなか抜けなくて苦労しました。

so this is an expensive hotel that lacks renovation- hallway carpet is old and raggedy... no USB charging port in room. Is this 1970s hotel??? the airport shuttle was $60 (1 person) from the airport and $30 to airport (??!!) use STROLL. What a rip-off
繁華街には１５分程度の徒歩が必要だが、行けなくはない それよりも海が近く、シュノーケリングにはきれいな海で最高だった 売店が２２時まででお土産やアルコールの調達には重宝した 窓からのオーシャンビューもとても良かった！
ホテルに関しては申し分ない 満足でした 喫煙者にはもう少し喫煙可能箇所が分かり易いといいかな
