途中まではよかったが、最後が最悪だった。

全体的には良好。大部分の職員も親切で好意的だった。

２６年３月３１日午前５時ごろ、７日間宿泊して最終日の早朝に、チェックアウトしようとするとフロントの職員が、私のクレジットカードは使えないと言い出した。私の他のカードや家内のカードもダメ。その職員は「ほかにカードはないのか」「銀行に電話してみてください」「現金は持ってませんか」の３つを繰り返し言うだけで、それ以上の調べはしない。しばらくして他の職員が来ていろいろアドバイスして調べると、最初の職員の操作ミスだった。彼は謝ったが、一人で対応している間は、悪いのは私で自分には問題ないという態度だった。ホテルのサービスとは、客が困っていたら助けようとするものではないか。助けようとするそぶりもなく、自分が間違っていないかという調査もせず、突き放していた。このような職員の態度について、ホテルとしてどう考えるのか聞きたい。①今回の原因は何か②このような職員をフロントに配置している態勢についてどう思うのか③孫たちも連れ、飛行機の時間も迫っているのに、このような目にあって、非常に不愉快で不安だった。他の客に同様な経験をさせないために、どのような対策をとるのか。ホテルから、正式な回答が欲しい。私は１６回海外へ個人旅行をし、それぞれ２週間から１か月旅行しているので、たくさんのホテルに泊まり、時にはトラブルもあったが、こんなに客に寄り添わない職員に会ったのは初めてだ。

眺めがとりえのホテル。窓掃除をしましょう。

グアムで最も部屋からの眺めが良いホテル。全室オーシャンフロント。

Cons:

昨年に続き、ラウンジ付きプランで宿泊。ラウンジの大きなガラス窓からウォータースライダーや海が眺められるのですが、窓が汚れていて全然見えませんでした。部屋の窓も汚れていて、自分で清掃しました。１Fのビッフェレストランの窓も汚れています。
ラウンジやレストラン会場には必要以上のスタッフがいてぷらぷらしていますが、部屋の清掃スタッフが全く足りていません。４泊しましたが、全日タオル交換とゴミの回収だけでした。それも午後の遅い時間が多いです。毎日午前中は車で泳ぎに行っていたのですが、その間のタオル交換部屋の清掃などは一切ありませんでした。

とにかくビーチが最高！
Pros:

ホテル前のガンビーチが最高！

Cons:

ユニットバスがちょっと古めで、エアコンが少し臭かった。
ジメジメしていたのでドライ機能が欲しかった。
ランドリーコーナーはあるが台数が限られているので、脱水機があって欲しかった。

Pros:

건비치 스노쿨링이 좋았습니다. 한국인직원이 계셔서 체크인이 편했습니다. 매일 청소해주시고 정리해주셨습니다. 바다에서 성게에 엄지발가락을 다쳤는데 직원분들이 친절하게 안내해주시고 도움을 주셨습니다. 감사합니다.

Cons:

렌트카가 없었다면 이동시에 조금 불편 할 수 있습니다. 에어콘 작동소리가 조금 큽니다.

Beautiful and remarkable stay
Pros:

1. View. The view is breathtaking. Nothing beats waking up to ocean view, sound of waves and sunshine.
2. Large room. The room is spacious. I really appreciated the space.
3. Free and spacious parking. There are available parking spots for those who opt to rent.
4. Friendly staff. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

1. Only one working elevator on our side of the building. This was a little convenient because there were times we had to wait.
2. Beach side is a little wavy compared to the area of Dusit/Westin, but is compensated by being more private than the others.
