Pros:

Front desk staff was great. They always are. I forgot my toothpaste and when I asked if they had any I got the tiniest little tube I have ever seen. But, I have never asked for anything that they haven't been able to provide. Will continue to come back here. We love this place.

Cons:

Breakfast bar was not up to usual standards. Cold, dry potatoes and very overripe, mushy bananas. When I asked for fresher was kind of snubbed.

This place sucks
Cons:

We couldn’t find our way in because the direction sent us to the convention center. There were no signs for where the main entrance was. A security guard showed us how to get in. They gave us a room as far away as possible on the third floor.then they charged 50 bucks for my dog.

Pros:

Conveniently located. Attached to a mall which was cool, sad for the Mall not having a lot of stores. Close food options near by TacoJohns was really good, recommend. . Walking distance to downtown area with shops and restaurants/bars. Breakfast was really nice plenty of delicious real food, scrabble eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles. Along with the traditional premade package food like yogurt, muffins. Front desk was very nice and helpful with shuttle planning. Pool/Spa area was nice and well kept. Overall was a really great hotel would recommend 10 out 10 times.

Cons:

The elevator was very odd, had a huge jump start every time and stopped at the 2nd floor on it own every time. No matter what, even though we were on the 3rd floor. We ended up taking the stairs a lot.

Everything was great except for the breakfast.
Pros:

The staff was helpful & personable. The room was comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been better. The potatoes were terrible and the eggs tasted like powdered eggs. Good items were coffee, oatmeal, waffles, fruit, & yogurt.

Pros:

Breakfast was good, not much variety day to day. Breakfast Environment was nice. Glad there was a gluten free bread option. Nice variety of juices, tropical very good. Mini muffins were delicious. Bed comfortable. Coffee in room was nice. Large room for three adults and a dog…very nice. Staff was very friendly. Pretty convenient to Glacier NP. So happy the dog was accepted everywhere in the hotel. Lobby was pretty

Cons:

lack of variety from day to day. Sausage patties were the same every day…..bacon or links would have been a nice change up. Scrambled eggs every day could have been a little something different. carpets were a little worn and needed vacuuming. Rail in hall needed dusting. Didn’t get room service one day, had to ask for fresh washcloths, coffee replacement.

The beds were comfortable and the location was great.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we were not impressed with our stay. The front desk staff rarely acknowledged us, even when we were clearly waiting to ask a question. We called around midnight about constant banging from the floor above and were told security would be sent, but the noise continued throughout the night. I checked out at 4a and it was still going and we did not sleep well at all.

We also received little help arranging transportation for our early morning flight, despite Uber being unreliable at that hour. There was construction during our stay, and the front elevator repeatedly stopped at our floor without opening unless we pressed the door-open button. We were also directed to an elevator much farther from our room despite there being a closer option.

To top it off, the cooler was completely out of bottled water, and we were told to use the water dispenser with a small coffee cup instead. Overall, the lack of attentiveness and multiple inconveniences made for a disappointing stay.
