At 3:30 am a garbage dumpster was being emptied outside our window. We woke up and couldn't get back to sleep. It happened again at 5:30.

Thank goodness for great staff because the room was subpar at best.
Pros:

People who worked there were amazing and so incredibly nice!

Cons:

The building itself is quite outdated and needs refreshing. Our room had broken granite countertops, places pictures had been ripped off the wall, mold on the bathroom ceiling, and a fire alarm that went off if you left the door open after taking a shower.

The breakfast was good. The staff were responsive and friendly.

Cons:

We were led to believe there would be a microwave oven in our room, and there wasn't one. The fridge kept things cold, but we had hoped for a freezer compartment so that we could refreeze our blue ices for our cooler. We had to have our keys reprogrammed three times, which the staff did very willingly, but it was an inconvenience.
