Not up to par with other Wyndham properties.
Pros:

Breakfast was average compared to other Wyndham properties. Staff was friendly

Cons:

The bed was awful. I would have been just as comfortable with a camp mat on the floor. Could not get comfortable enough to sleep.until I was just exhausted.

Zero stars , Would not recommend
Pros:

Zero stars , would not recommend.
The lobby smelled like a petting zoo.
The hallways had old food laying around, and I dont mean on a plate that was still there the next morning.
There was nothing clean about this place. Was pretty disgusting .
Could not get out of there fast enough.
Im baffled how this hotel has a rating of 4 stars

Stayed during a remodel
Pros:

New bed mattresses that seemed very firm but I slept well and woke up refreshed.
Good breakfast

Cons:

Remodeling, at first I regretted it had booked it, due to the looks and messiness of remodeling.
But the host was kind and helpful.

Pros:

I had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean even though it is under renovation, which includes with new furniture, which is a nice improvement. Breakfast was decent, and the price for the value was very reasonable. I would certainly concider staying here again if I'm in the area.

Pros:

Had a great stay here, the staff were great, the room was clean and cooled down fast. Had a quiet rest. WiFi was strong. I’d stay here again 100%.

The Hidden Jewel of Dyersburg
Pros:

❤️The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out,

🛏️The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi worked well,

🧇Breakfast was simple but fresh and convenient before heading out for the day.

Horrible!!
Pros:

Horrible! Do not stay here. It is dirty and the manager Ricky is a huge perk. I have NEVER left a negative review on a hotel until now. I am a travel agent and deal with hotels daily. I booked a big group at this hotel. They lied to me and didnt pay me my commission. 100% do not recommend!
