Elevator was broken, and not mentioned.
Floor was dirty. Elevator was out & we were on 4th floor. Wouldn’t hold that against you - I’m thinking help with luggage had we asked—but dirty floors not acceptable.

The elevator was down the night I got in . they did have it up and running the next day.

rooms were a little outdated.
The beds were extremely comfortable. The shower worked great with hot water. Air conditioner cooled very well. I understand it is an older hotel and does need some refurbishing. It is in walking distance of numerous restaurants and 7-11 next door.
The first stay there we had an exterior, 3rd floor room and it was noisy from traffic. Our second stay was interior, first floor, but very quiet. The breakfast needs to be improved. Very limited options.
