Great location; minor issues with the toiletries.

Cons:

Toiletries ... shampoo, conditioner and soap were not impressive. Toilet paper was thin. Also, it was too easy for the water to escape from the shower, getting the floor wet. (Space was tight in the shower). Nothing I'd consider a dealbreaker, but it would be nice to feel pampered when paying high fees for the room.

It is good.
Pros:

The hotel was in great location for us since we plant to go to some restaurant around it. Has a valet parking, has a resturant, it felt very good.

Cons:

I had a value room. The shower is small and old but clean, the mattress must be a 50 years old. I felt every coil in my spine. TV is very small, the chair in the room is as old as the mattress.

Excellent location and good value!
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at the Georgetown Inn while touring local universities. Room was decently sized and very clean. It was a plus to have the fitness center onsite. Room service breakfast order came very quickly and was reasonably priced (as far as room service goes). Location was the best part! It was perfectly situated to access food and shopping in Georgetown, the Georgetown campus, and the Georgetown waterfront. Also centrally located to American U, GW, and all the sights on the National Mall.

Pros:

Location is amazing, right in the heart of Georgetown, The rooms were nice, bright and clean. The Amenities (soaps etc) were a bit lacking. The bathroom was fine and clean but just OK. Overall great stay. The restaurant in lobby, 1310, is delicious!

Boa vizinhança.

Cons:

Sistema de Ar Condicionado antigo.
Mesmo desligado fazia barulhos, incomodou bastante e a manutenção disse que era assim mesmo.

Great hotel, lovely room in excellent location.
Pros:

Everything, room was lovely, hotel in an excellent location and staff really friendly.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike, bar wasn’t open in the evenings on Sunday to Tuesday, but so many pubs, bars and restaurants around not an issue.
