Usage of gym and pool facilities are complimentary for guests staying in the Swiss Advantage Room, Swiss Select Room and Executive Room or Suite. Guests staying in the Executive Room or Suite also have complimentary access to the hot tub, sauna and public baths.

Children between 6 – 16 years have access to the swimming pool and spa area only between 9:00 – 18:00 (*children are requested to vacate the fitness facilities premises by 18:00).
Children between 6 – 16 years must be accompanied by an adult within the facility.
Children below 6 years are not permitted to use the facilities due to safety reasons.

Guests under the influence of alcohol may not be permitted to use the property’s pools or other facilities.

From Nankai Railway’s Namba Station, guests can take the direct escalators from the 3rd floor ticketing gate. From Namba Station (Subway/JR/Hanshin/Kintetsu Line), the closest exit is Exit 4 and 5.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

Ubicación muy buena al lado de Dotonbori

Cons:

Un poco complicada la entrada al estar ubicado encima de la estación de Namba. La comida tanto desayuno como la cena en el restaurante de la última planta fueron bastante malos (sobre todo la cena… se paga por la vista realmente).

Pros:

Good location. Facilities are clean. Coincerge service helped with arranging transportation to the airport - this was a seamless process

Cons:

1. Room service was horrible. There is no way to connect to inroom dining from the room. When I placed an order for food I was informed (quite rudely) that I have to pay for in room orders (staff refused to add the in room dining to the credit card on file, which was strange.
2. The second time i called front desk was to check if in-room dining could accommodate a specific request due to a dietary restriction. They promised a call back in 30 minutes which never came.

Nice location
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located right at the Nankai Nanba Station. Room rate is rather high for the quality of the hotel. Room was clean and well appointed. Nice breakfast. They have a nice membership gym but hours of operation was restrictive and not convenient for business traveles like myself who needs to go to work early morning.

Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay. The beds were VERY comfortable! Very good nights sleep.
