Usage of gym and pool facilities are complimentary for guests staying in the Swiss Advantage Room, Swiss Select Room and Executive Room or Suite. Guests staying in the Executive Room or Suite also have complimentary access to the hot tub, sauna and public baths.

Children between 6 – 16 years have access to the swimming pool and spa area only between 9:00 – 18:00 (*children are requested to vacate the fitness facilities premises by 18:00).
Children between 6 – 16 years must be accompanied by an adult within the facility.
Children below 6 years are not permitted to use the facilities due to safety reasons.

Guests under the influence of alcohol may not be permitted to use the property’s pools or other facilities.

From Nankai Railway’s Namba Station, guests can take the direct escalators from the 3rd floor ticketing gate. From Namba Station (Subway/JR/Hanshin/Kintetsu Line), the closest exit is Exit 4 and 5.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

Fabulous day in Osaka at a hotel that had wonderful views, great food, and an outstanding staff!
Pros:

The hotel was beautifully appointed, and the views of the city were spectacular. We got the room upgrade that included breakfast, tea time, and happy hour. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious! It was also very centrally located, so we could easily get around town and visit Osaka Castle, the Donbury section, and great shopping.

Super ligging, boven station van trein & metro ; goed dat we de dag van vertrek toch nog een douche mochten nemen bij het zwembad ook al waren we reeds uitgechecked.
