Usage of gym and pool facilities are complimentary for guests staying in the Swiss Advantage Room, Swiss Select Room and Executive Room or Suite. Guests staying in the Executive Room or Suite also have complimentary access to the hot tub, sauna and public baths.

Children between 6 – 16 years have access to the swimming pool and spa area only between 9:00 – 18:00 (*children are requested to vacate the fitness facilities premises by 18:00).
Children between 6 – 16 years must be accompanied by an adult within the facility.
Children below 6 years are not permitted to use the facilities due to safety reasons.

Guests under the influence of alcohol may not be permitted to use the property’s pools or other facilities.

From Nankai Railway’s Namba Station, guests can take the direct escalators from the 3rd floor ticketing gate. From Namba Station (Subway/JR/Hanshin/Kintetsu Line), the closest exit is Exit 4 and 5.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

Good Food and Friendly Service
Pros:

We had a very good experience at this restaurant. The food was tasty, well-prepared, and enjoyable. Everything we ordered was fresh and satisfying.
The service was also very good, especially thanks to our waiter, Jin. He was very kind, friendly, and attentive throughout our meal. He even kindly let us teach him some French, which made the experience more enjoyable and memorable.
We would definitely recommend this restaurant and would be happy to come back.

The location is literally perfect! Convenient for transport, at the doorstep of all the great nightlife of downtown osaka.

Cons:

Ability to recharge devices. There was only 1 USB port, for quite an old version of an iPhone. We bought our own chords and assumed there would be an updated usb port available, and were surprised that there wasn’t. There was just one adaptor, and it didn’t actually work in one of the power points. When you have two people in the room and you need to charge your phone overnight, we needed to change phones over in the middle of the night to ensure they were both charged for the following morning. This was quite inconvenient and surprised us, simply because the hotel caters to international guests so well in every other way.

Our stay at Swissôtel Nankai Osaka was nothing short of perfection. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the city, and the level of service is impeccable.

Eccellenza dell'Hotellerie
Pros:

Probabilmente il migliore hotel dove abbiamo soggiornato in Giappone,
Posizione centralissima e comoda alla stazione Nankai (scelto per questo motivo)
Personale gentilissimo e di tante nazionalità. Abbiamo incontrato Fran tra i concierge veramente disponibile e proattivo e Marco alla reception impeccabile e di grande aiuto.

Everything in my room was not working. There was fault with my AC, electric kettle and stand light could not be switched off. Midnight had to call the hotel staff to get the light switched off. Even he couldn’t do it . So couldn’t catch up on sleep at all

Toller Einstieg in unser Japan Abendteuer
Pros:

Die Lage war überragend, zentraler und besser kann man fast nicht wohnen. Direkter Anschluss an alle nötigen Züge weil direkt über dem Bahnhofsgebäude. Troptzdem ruhig. Das Zimmer war für Japanische Verhältnisse sehr großzügig bemessen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend. Der Hoffer Transport über das Hotel nach Kyoto hat wunderbar funktioniert.

Es gibt wirklich nichts was mir dazu einfällt.
