Usage of gym and pool facilities are complimentary for guests staying in the Swiss Advantage Room, Swiss Select Room and Executive Room or Suite. Guests staying in the Executive Room or Suite also have complimentary access to the hot tub, sauna and public baths.

Children between 6 – 16 years have access to the swimming pool and spa area only between 9:00 – 18:00 (*children are requested to vacate the fitness facilities premises by 18:00).
Children between 6 – 16 years must be accompanied by an adult within the facility.
Children below 6 years are not permitted to use the facilities due to safety reasons.

Guests under the influence of alcohol may not be permitted to use the property’s pools or other facilities.

From Nankai Railway’s Namba Station, guests can take the direct escalators from the 3rd floor ticketing gate. From Namba Station (Subway/JR/Hanshin/Kintetsu Line), the closest exit is Exit 4 and 5.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

Best breakfast ever
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing. One of the best I’ve had from all hotels. The hotel location and facilities are great. Staff are friendly.

Cons:

The room was maybe slightly dated and could use an upgrade however I wouldn’t say I disliked the room.

Pros:

La ubicacion es espectacular, comoda y linda. El desayuno, ademas de ser exquisito esta en el piso 36 con vistas alucinantes de la ciudad!

The haven after an amazing day exploring Osaka.
Pros:

The location was perfect. It was connected to a mall, super near Namba city, Namba Park, the famous Dotonburi, the train stations. Every time we’re so tired from walking, we see the hotel sign reassuring us that we’re near to rest and relax.

Cons:

The lobby area can be crowded especially when too many people are waiting for their trip to the airport.

Pros:

Spacious rooms. Comfy beds. Loved the gym and pool which my family and I made use of daily. Awesome restaurant on the top floor (f35) and thee best breakfast buffet. Fantastic location especially with the mall underneath the hotel.

Cons:

Laundry service is SO expensive (found laundromat ouside the hotel 10 min walk away. Recommend 'Laundry Salon 504' ) and such a shame you have to pay "extra" for the use of the onsen and sauna when all the other hotels we stayed in were free!
