From Nankai Railway’s Namba Station, guests can take the direct escalators from the 3rd floor ticketing gate. From Namba Station (Subway/JR/Hanshin/Kintetsu Line), the closest exit is Exit 4 and 5.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

Not worth the money
Pros:

The location , is the only thing great about this hotel.
Maybe the view from the room too

Cons:

The Rooms are nothing to do with the value of money you pay per nights, and the facilities are very pool and old . The breakfast very very very limited. The hotel and the gym and facilities more for certain age group of people

Our go-to-hotel in Osaka given the location. Easy access to and from Kansai airport using the Nankai Rapid train.

Cons:

It was basic and nowhere near a 5 or 4 star hotel. No one helped with bags. No one went out of their way to be helpful or nice. The hotel and staff and facilities were busy basic and bland.

Otel konumunu ilk başta bulmakta zorlandık ancak giriş kapılarını öğrenince zor olmadı. Konumu harika. İstasyonun üstünde yer alıyor. Dotonbori bölgesine çok yakın. Manzara şahane.

Cons:

Otel çok temiz ancak odamızda 3 gece konakladık yatak çarşafları hiç değiştirilmedi biz sorun etmedik.

מלון יוקרטי, האוכל ברמה גבוהה מאוד והמחיר לא כזה גבוה ביחס לתמורה.
המיקום שלו מצויין, הוא ממש מעל תחנת נמבה יש אפילו גישה מהמלון לתחנה.

Great for location, not so for hospitality.
Pros:

Easy access over namba station.
Room we booked is good size.

Cons:

Pictures when booking don't match state of the room. Rooms are dated. Mini fridge won't stay cold so some of our snacks spoilt. The duvet is yellow and nasty.
Service was okay, but not exactly warm and inviting.
