Children between 6 – 16 years have access to the swimming pool and spa area only between 9:00 – 18:00 (*children are requested to vacate the fitness facilities premises by 18:00).
Children between 6 – 16 years must be accompanied by an adult within the facility.
Children below 6 years are not permitted to use the facilities due to safety reasons.

Guests under the influence of alcohol may not be permitted to use the property’s pools or other facilities.

From Nankai Railway’s Namba Station, guests can take the direct escalators from the 3rd floor ticketing gate. From Namba Station (Subway/JR/Hanshin/Kintetsu Line), the closest exit is Exit 4 and 5.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

Amazing breakfast and views
Pros:

Amazing breakfast with stunning views over the city. The room is a great size too with a massive bed. Location is very good - the hotel is in the train station so tricky to find at first but very well positioned.

Cons:

The bathroom is dated with the shower over the bathtub. It’s functional but seems a bit out of place with the rest of the hotel.

Great location but just not for me.
Pros:

Location: the hotel is situated above Namba station which makes it the ideal place because of all the transport options. And for those wanting to shop you have everything in the neighbourhood.

Arrival: I arrived early at the hotel knowing I could not check in before 15:00 pm. I said good morning to the check-in clerk who barely acknowledged me and asked if I was a member. When I said no he directed me to the luggage drop-off. I am mentioning this because the general feeling I got was that I wasn’t welcome. A simple good morning and a friendly face would have made a world of difference. 
When I did check-in later in the day I was warmly greeted by another hotel employee who showed genuine interest in me. 

Room 2720: Swiss Select room with a queenside bed.
Being one of the most recently updated rooms (I believe around 2017)  I have to say I wasn’t impressed. Upon entering the room I was met with a musty smell which came from the bathroom but the smell permeated the whole room. The general first impression was of a lacklustre room not worthy of a 5 star rating.  The sound insulation leaves a lot to be desired with the constant zoom of traffic outside and the room facing a roof full of ventilation machines. The general view from the room is fantastic. 
Bed was comfortable.

Breakfast: on the top floor the restaurant has spectacular views of Osaka on all sides. The breakfast offered is varied so it should appeal to everyone.

Good size room, nicely refurbished, great housekeeping & wonderful buffet breakfast.
Pros:

Central location. Very convenient for shopping and dinning.
We booked the “select rooms” - they’re clean and of good standard. Very happy with housekeeping.

Cons:

Reservations issues. But it was resolved by the duty manager who did her best to resolve. I’m happy that it was done.

Highly recommend this hotel for a vacation or business.
Pros:

Room was fantastic staff were very helpful when we needed to change rooms from a bath shower to a shower only room. Nothing was too much trouble.

It met all our needs and more.
there wasnt anything else that we would have needed or wanted for the room.

Pros:

Such a fantastic hotel. The location was excellent, the gym is awesome including the pool, the BEST buffet breakfast and incredible views from the restaurant. Absolutely loved our stay.

Cons:

Having to pay for the onsen! It should be free as part of the futness facility.
