The room had roaches ,the receptionist was very rude,we lost the money for the reservation
Cons:

It was not clean , The room had roaches and the receptionist was very rude we try to cancel and the lady said no when in the app it said we could cancel with a cancelation fee that we were willing to pay and she still said no , we didn’t stay and went to other hotel .
