Room comfortable and shower room good with nice hot water. Staff very welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

Pros:

Stayed here to attend a wrestling event, close to train station short trip to reach the arena. We arrived before check-in time stated due to flight times. Fully expected to only be able to leave our luggage and come back at the time stated. Receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised when the receptionist called to ask if our room was ready, it wasn't, however the staff were fabulous and we were told they would go and start getting our room ready and it would be ready in 30 minutes. We were able to leave our luggage and have a little look around the streets surrounding the hotel. Room was lovely and clean, bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Hard to find something to put in here, would have been nice to have a hot chocolate option and an option on T.V for English. Again just some suggestions as the hotel really was amazing.

Hotel was perfect and would definitely recommend and stay again.
Pros:

Staff amazing - friendly and efficient. Booked us a perfect bistro in nearby town for dinner - wanted specific menu and they managed to find somewhere for us.
Location perfect. Lovely hotel - very clean, very comfortable.

Cons:

Need more than 1 towel in bathroom for 2 people (although we didn’t ask for more and am sure we could have got more if asked).
Would suggest would be handy to keep European plug adaptors for residents (I forgot mine!) - doesn’t affect my opinion of the hotel but would be nice touch.

Pros:

Bonne situation proche RER, parking avec borne a recharge, chambre confortable, salle d' eau spacieuse, personnel accueillant

Cons:

Fraîcheur de la chambre le matin au réveil car le chauffage se coupe dans la nuit et mauvaise isolation, air froid provenant de la fenêtre. Salle d eau non chauffée a priori.
Obliger de demander du papier toilette a la réception ! Ainsi que des gobelets carton pour le thé/café
