Très bel hôtel en bord de mer
Pros:

Très bon accueil, chambre très spacieuse avec une belle vue sur la piscine et sur mer, les lits sont très confortables.

Cons:

La climatisation est très froide dans le hall d´entrée.
Il manque des patères pour pendre les serviettes dans la salle bains

Ero interessato alla palestra e devo dire che ha atteso le mie aspettative. Sebbene non di dimensioni grandissime, aveva tutto il necessario per svolgere un workout completo. Aperta 24h. Perfetto.

A lot of strange things

The Christmass dinner was great.

Cons:

A lot of things was strange. Without any warning, I received a room in the 15th floor with tens od stairs and not accessible by lift!! I have mobility issues, bad knees! I had to change the room with my daughter who had a normal room in the 7th floor. But if I travelled alone, how could I manage this??? Daily struggle with all those stairs for that price?? Next, I have never been in a 5☆ hotel with a totally empty minibar. I have even asked for a single bottle of water at the reception, in a country with no drinking tap water, as there was none in my room. But, at the checkout, they asked if I have taken something from the minibar!! Seriously??? And, the card system in the lifts is totally ill. My daughter needed 3 cards! One to get to the 14th floor (to continue on foot to the 15th floor), one to come to me in the 7th floor and one to get to the gym and swimming pool that should be accessible for all guests!? And what I absolutely cannot understand - why is it cheaper to pay for the breakfast at the reception than in the breakfast restaurant?? And the difference was considerable! Now I am quite sure, the dinner would be much cheaper paid at the reception, too...Why this scam??? Finally, we could hardly understand the reception staff, two of them repeated the dinner is in the fifth floor. After fighting with the cards in the lift it turned out that what they thought they said was "first" floor. No, "first" sounds different, sorry!

Not the beat hotel… glad they are renovating it
Pros:

The hotel is going through much needed renovations, if you get a room that is newly renovated, your experience won’t be bad, just small rooms; if you get an old room, the decor is very outdated, everything needs maintenance, the bathroom… is horrible! In general the rooms are very noisy…even at the 11th floor you hear the noice on the street…

There are some issues that the hotel needs to address, but overall it is nice.
Pros:

I wanted to love this hotel due to the reviews, but there were issues. First, at check in (which was around 730P) I was given a room where when I entered, it was clearly already occupied). Then I was given another room, which thankfully the supervisor accompanied me to, because it smelled overwhelmingly like smoke. The third room was fine, and the manager did comp me breakfast and the lounge for my troubles. Second, the restaurant, I asked in Spanish for still water, I got sparkling. I asked for red wine, and I got white. I asked for my meal “sin gluten” and even showed her that on my phone. Well - you can guess that my plate came with a roll and croutons. Lastly the lounge, it wasn’t overloaded, but I saw a cockroach or two each evening - a sign of a much bigger issue. My room was clean, and the service was great. They even gave me their WhatsApp for safety when I took tours since I was traveling by myself. I loved the pool bar and the overall chill vibe. My room was clean and spacious.

Je recommande cet endroit avec une vue magnifique.
Pros:

Déjeuner exceptionnel, Chambre qui démontre un certain nombre d'années. Le temps a fait son oeuvre mais la propreté compense le tout.

Cons:

J'aurais aimé savoir à l'avance qu'il n'y avait pas de petit bar dans la chambre.
