Enjoyed our stay very much, appreciated the friendliness of the staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Your staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. Property is clean and well maintained.

Cons:

I was a little disappointed when we first got there, I thought the suite would be larger, but we were very happy with our stay overall.

Spacious, clean, kind and professional.
Pros:

Upon walking into the hotel, the front lobby smelled clean and there was certainly a pride of ownership. As with the Staybridge Suites, the rooms are exceptional. There is always enough room to spread out and relax. Also the front desk staff was outstanding when I checked in.

Pros:

We loved the huge breakfast and spacious rooms ! Free laundry facility and gym . The den was very comfortable and large. Lots to do there . The staff was wonderful in making sure the extra towels
We requested were already in the room before checkin

Cons:

The indoor
Pool was cold during our stay in October so didn’t get to enjoy it . Maybe add a hot tub if
it’s not a pool that can be heated a bit

Pros:

No room service...we had to empty trash and request towels every day we stayed. They charged us over $100 over what our booking through expedia was. I had to talk to a manager to get that sorted out.
