Check your final bill carefully!
Pros:

Tucked away and relatively quiet

Cons:

There were school parties there which meant kids running around very loudly in reception. One of the lifts was out of order, which wasn't great, it meant waiting a long time to get on the one remaining lift as people with cases were coming up from the car park. The floors have stepped areas which meant lugging suitcases up and down steps to get to your room. (Not all the rooms are on a single level) never seen this before in a hotel.

Be careful and review your bill carefully. I was charged for overnight parking. I had no car and had not used the car park. I am still trying to get room service charges removed from my bill as I ate meals in the restaurant. Can't seem to get the hotel to adjust the final bill. It's not a lot of money but it's the principle of being charged incorrectly for something I did not use.

I wouldn't stay here again because of the Incorrect charges. Not good.

Manglet korkåpner til minibaren, men dette medbragte de umiddelbart på forespørsel.

Cons:

Manglet utemøbler på balkongen. Ellers ikke spesielt imøtekommende personale i resepsjonen. Svømmebasseng og roof top området var stengt under hele vårt opphold, uten at vi ble gitt forhåndsbeskjed om dette - men på forespørsel refunderte hotellet avgiften "hotel fee" på omtrent 45 dollar dagen, som er tilknyttet denne fasiliteten.

Consistently great!
Pros:

This is probably my tenth stay at Chamberlain. It's become my go-to hotel whenever I need to stay in or near the west side of LA. It's perfectly located, tucked between the Santa Monica Blvd Rainbow District and Sunset. A very short walk in either direction, and you're right in the heart of those neighborhoods. Yet for its proximity to the West Hollywood hustle and bustle, it's a quiet and peaceful place to stay! The hotel is nicely appointed with great amenities for its price, and the staff is always helpful and courteous. Rooms are nicely furnished/decorated, generously sized, and always top notch in cleanliness. Overall, very deserving of its Michelin recognition.

Luxury should include - clean towels!
Pros:

Disappointing room cleanliness. Expected cleaning services since charges are imposed up front. Room/shower never cleaned during stay - had to request towels.

Worth it!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with beautiful people in a beautiful neighborhood! Front desk was friendly from the moment i arrived, they upgraded me, although it was my first stay! The room was beautiful! Wifi works well! Restaurant has friendly service too! And rooftop was beautiful with a lovely view! Valet friendly as well, just overall a great experience, although a little expensive.

Big rooms and comfortable bed
Pros:

Nice hotel in West Hollywood - walkable to the Sunset strip and Santa Monica blvd. Tons of restaurants, coffee houses and clubs. Hotel is quiet and the beds really comfortable.

Wonderful Hotel - can't wait to return!
Pros:

The Chamberlain is a beautiful quaint hotel set in the beautiful WeHo. From check in to check out, service was on point. The staff are friendly and helpful and will bend backwards for you.
My room was a one-bedroom spacious suite with a balcony overlooking the trees and was very peaceful. The room was very clean, and the bed was the comfiest I've slept in. The avocado toast was tasty; it had onions and a balsamic glaze which tasted delicious!
Wonderful hotel and can't wait to visit again!

Love the Chamberlain- LOVE!!
Pros:

I love the Chamberlain more than any hotel in LA. I've stayed there multiple times and each time trumps the prior. I had a gorgeous room, staff from desk to restaurant and beyond are more than lovely. I'll never stay anywhere else!
