Wonderful as always. Quiet and peaceful while being close to lots of great food and shopping.

Bartenders/Servers Mareld and Evan were especially personable and gave great service!

I needed a place for my 93 year-old grandmother to stay for a few weeks. I’m so glad that we found the chamberlain. They were happy to hook her up with a handicap accessible room and have been very kind and helpful towards her. The room is sizeable, clean l, and homey. My grandmother was extremely comfortable here I can’t wait for her to stay here again. Also, Olivia at the front desk was the first person we met before we booked it. She allowed us to tour the room and ask questions before we booked it. She is so kind and caring and such an asset to the company. She’s definitely the reason we booked here. We cannot wait to stay here again.

Wonderful stay! I would give it a 4.5. Our room was spacious and the bartenders at both the restaurant and pool were friendly and efficient. Lattes were tasty and regular coffee was free. Great location! It was easy to drive to Universal, Hollywood Walk of Fame, Sunset Blvd, Route 66 and other attractions. We loved visiting the pool at the end of the day. It had quite a nice view and it was easy to get a lounge chair and plenty of towels. The pool size is more for dipping than laps but that was fine for our purposes. The refrigerator kept our water cool. We booked housekeeping each day and the room was ready when we expected it to be.

Cons: Room had a slight delay getting ready. I think you should call and tell them when you are arriving and confirm that the room will be ready. No safe in the room (unless we missed it.). On one of the days, the pool area could have been a little cleaner.

We really enjoyed our stay at this five-star hotel in West Hollywood. The hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful area. The room we received was spacious and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed. The hotel also has a rooftop pool with beautiful views of the city.

Love this hotel! My first stay at Chamberlain and I will certainly be back. My room was a top floor Signature King suite with a balcony overlooking Westmount Drive. The hotel has a neighborhood, boutique feel that I really enjoyed. Rooftop pool and bar, small gym, cozy restaurant, and friendly staff. Special shoutout to front desk staff member, Ramesh, who is so helpful and welcoming. See you next time, Chamberlain!

Location, facilities were reasonable.

Very friendly staff, particularly the older Pakistani man (name escapes me!) who tended bar and served breakfast, just a wonderful man, I enjoyed talking to him so much. Everyone was great, price, location, everything worked well and I'll stay there again if I need to come back to LA

Great hotel in a great location. It’s centrally located in West Hollywood. It’s a quiet neighborhood, but then go a block or two and you’re in the middle of it.

Great rooftop pool! Great views up there! The dining was excellent too.
