Just a place to park and sleep and leave ASAP.
Cons:

Check-in kiosk with a remote human was weird and annoying. Included Breakfast is a joke.
Room was noisy.
Poorly renovated rooms. Bathrooms ancient. You can track the 3 generations of locks that have been installed on the door without anyone caring about properly patching or finishing the job.
Should have been much cheaper.

Terrible motel. Do not stay here.

The room was okay.

Cons:

When I booked this, it listed it as a hotel, but it was a motel. I hate motels because I had a bad experience at one in Utah years earlier. I spent almost $170 on this and expected so much more. There was no one at the check in when I arrived and had to talk to a machine and print my own keys. The breakfast was a joke; just cereal, yogurt and apples. The Wyndham I stayed at in Visalia was half the price and was gorgeous. I felt like I way overpaid for this terrible motel. Also, the virtual person at check in kept insisting it was a hotel, when it wasn't. I was very disappointed.

It is convenient to restaurants near the south end of Bishop.

Cons:

There is no manager on-site. Every afternoon there is a group of men drinking until 8:30-9pm and they get loud and it’s difficult to enjoy some quiet time in your own room. It’s like they know there’s no one here to tell them to move on and take the party with them.
