No much really. AC was ok
No staff at check in. Had to call a number then was let into the office where I was met with a kiosk with a screen and a guy on there remoted in via Skype ot Teams talking to me and checking me in remotely and the machin dispensed the keys. I did not like that there was no staff on-site at all. The exterior was pretty run down but the rooms seemed mostly updated. But for 170 bucks a night it was not anywhere near worth it.
I liked it because it was not in the thick of things and a good price
It was a bit weird, checking in with a virtual Assistant. There was a woman behind the desk, but she pointed me to the kiosk where I did all my work talking to someone somewhere else. The kiosk even spit out my room key! My room was right by the ice machine and so it was sort of noisy during the day. Luckily, I wasn’t there on a Friday or Saturday night and so use of the ice machine didn’t keep me awake. Breakfast was pretty basic but I knew I was heading to Great Basin Bakery for lunch.
Room was clean. Property was clean.
Very poorly maintained. Cracked sink, patched up floor and tub/shower.
Hotel was OK.
Check in was very poor. Arrived at 3.20pm, but could not check in until 4.30. Was told at 3.20 by the remote representative that the room was not ready and I should wait. I said that was not OK as the arrangement is for 3pm check in, but he said there was nothing that could be done. At 4.10 I complained and was told the room would be ready in 10min, then the remote representative disappeared from the screen. At 4.30 I went out to talk to one of the cleaning staff and she said there was nothing she could do, but immediately made a phone call. When I went back inside, the remote representative reappeared and said the room was ready. I conclude that the room was ready earlier but that communication wasn't happening. Overall, the remote check in is very unhelpful to the customer.
Clean room quiet area of bishop not near main street restaurants but the town is smallish anyway ez late "robot' check in
When I booked the room, I thought we were going to get a full breakfast, instead it was a continental breakfast. The breakfast consisted of small portions. The pastries were very small, we had cereal, milk etc. The brand of yogurt I couldn’t eat. There were no hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit muffins, etc.
I booked another hotel in the Bishop area and it didn’t have breakfast and the room was nice. The room I rented was 1/3 less than what I paid for your hotel.
I felt like the hotel charged me for a regular breakfast and I felt this was a rip off.
The room was immaculate and the staff were wonderful.
I didn’t like the check in at the hotel as well. It’s nice when there’s a regular person to check you into your room.
See the above comments.
Petit hotel tres agreable.
Rien
I was suprised that there was no person at the hotel. I paid $183.00. Recently at Gatwick Airport London I paid less than $100 and it included a very reasonable all you can eat breakfast. The breakfast at Bishop was miserable. I understand that the hotel is 2 star, not sure why. The Premier Inn at Gatwick is 3 star less expensive and substantially better
Very poor value horrible breakfast
Digitaal inchecken.
Location
No pool and it has been broken for 1 year. The breakfast was nothing good. Coffee, a few roll, fruit loops, frosted flakes. It was 99 outside. The check in was fine lots Of ants. Also it is was a virtual check in guy from out of the country but he was very nice and helpful
No wifi for the entire duration. Staff said the wifi is out and gave no solution.
Breakfast yoghurt was bad.
We had no where to park. Every night when we would come back from the rodeo my daughter was competing at there would be no parking for us and your virtual person was of no help and told us to park down the street in an un attended parking lot that was dark with no security. Extremely disappointing since we were there for a week. We come every year but definitely will look for other accommodations next time. Also the pool was green and closed the whole trip.
If rooms and very clean
Standardowy motel w małym amerykańskim miasteczku - dobra baza noclegowa pomiędzy doliną śmierci a Yosemite. Pokój hotelowy czysty, parking szeroki i wygodny.
Brak jakiegokolwiek świeżego produktu, dostępne jedynie płatki do mleka, przesłodzone jogurty i owsianka z proszku.
Not what I expected for the price I paid.
Everything
The cable TV didn't work. There were cigarette butts inside the room sitting on the a/c.
