Cons:

I paid for the hotel for 1300 euros. for some reason, booking did not confirm the hotel reservation, and my money was debited from the bank account. as a result, booking replied to me that it would refund my money now, in 12 days. and so I was left without money and without a hotel.

Stort hyfsat bra hotell med underhållning .

Cons:

Det är extremt dyrt- som överallt i Sierra Nevada- särskilt med tanke på att hela liftsystemet och pisterna var helt stängda den vecka vi var där pga storm veckan före. Vi borde ha erbjudits lägre priser s på rummet pga detta. SPA med pooler är för högljutt för att vara trevligt att vistas i. Saknades vilrum utanför bastun. Detta gjorde det svårt att veta var man skulle företa sig när allt var stängt ä

Hotel bien situado, pero vale la pena buscar alternativa...
Pros:

El hotel esta muy bien situado, el desayuno buffet muy completo, el spa es un plus aunque con mucha gente. Personal amable pero no informa correctamente sobre los upgrades.

Cons:

Parece ser que el hotel esta haciendo todo para sacar pequeñas sumas de dinero extra, lo cual en hotel así para una cadena como Meliá es un pena. Ejemplo: chanclas de plástico (en contra de la sostenibilidad) obligatoria para el spa, venden 4 euros (sic) chanclas calidad barata cuando hay chanclas de telas incluidas en la habitación. Otro ejemplo: desayuno bufet gigantesco, pero prohíben hacerse un bocadillo para llevárselo a las pistas al medio día, eso si venden 12 euros un cesta picnic para llevar ... resultado prefieren tirar el pan para intentar sacar 12 euros más (re-sic) ... sin comentarios y adiós sostenibilidad de nuevo. Otro ejemplo, precio habitación individual lo mismo que doble ... Todo esto hace que la palabra que viene a la mente es: "cutre".
