Pros:

The location for me personally was incredible! I’m a plane spotter and never found a hotel anywhere with such amazing views of the entire airport and runways!

Staff. I have never been treated with such discourtesy and lack of professionalism in my 30 years of travel. And the price for the stay was overpriced given the state of the facilities.

Would stay again, staff was accommodating!
Pros:

Beautiful venue for conference, wonderful staff.

Cons:

Seems like they could have been more prepared for a scheduled conference. Coffee station in lobby never had cream available. Missing items in room upon check in like hand soap in bathroom. Ice machine on floor off.
